Brett Judd
Brett M. Judd is a former probation and parole officer turned licensed clinical social worker, trauma recovery expert, and unapologetic neuroplasticity nerd. After a decade working inside the criminal justice system, Brett realized most of the people he supervised weren’t criminals—they were survivors of trauma, doing the best they could with what life handed them. Today, he uses his deep background in behavioral therapy and brain science to help people heal, not just cope. He’s the author of I Have Recovered—a bold rejection of the “once an addict, always an addict” model—and a passionate voice for practical, powerful healing through connection, truth, and mental preparedness.
