The categories discussed are: attractions, entertainment, characters, shopping, dining and magical extras. Each category is discussed by land: Main Street, Liberty Square, Adventureland, Frontierland, Fantasy Land, Storybook Circus and Tomorrowland. Here you can explore a map of Walt Disney World. Just scroll over to Magic Kingdom and you can see the lands.
Each category will likely be its own episode and will go very much in to detail but this episode is briefly discussing what you can expect at Magic Kingdom Park.
