Exploring Reality, Maybe
Exploring Reality, Maybe podcast explores the nature of reality, what the mind, intellect and ego might be and how to play with perception, identity and the ego.
We are interviewing neuroscientists, quantum physicists, biologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, plant medicine scientists, tantric mystics and artists to explore these issues. At the end of each podcast, a non-dual tantric practice will be shared to “relax” the intellect and “melt” reality so an expansive sense of consciousness is experienced throughout your day.

Meditation 4- Discover the Overflowing Ocean of Peace Within
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this meditation, we play with perception, identity, and the ego, dissolving reality into a pure state of peace. Following dharna number 49 from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, this simple yet profound practice invites you to step into a memory of joy and serenity—perhaps by the beach, on a veranda, or beside a still lake. As you immerse yourself in this peaceful space, you’ll become one with it, pushing away distractions and allowing the essence of peace to overflow within you.
Let go of the past and future. There is only this moment, only the presence of stillness. Whenever agitation arises, return to this practice, knowing that your mind shapes your reality. Peace is always within reach.
