S1P34: Defending Your Heart Against the Lies We've Been Told As Homeschoolers
As we slide into another homeschool year, let's confront the lies that we have been told, or told ourselves, as homeschoolers. "You can't do it." "There's only one way to do it." " You have to be a certified teacher to do it well." "Homeschooling will produce perfect children." "You don't look the right way to homeschool." "You are alone." All of these and more lies crush us, keep us down, and in bondage to that lie, keeping us from fulfilling this calling to the best of our ability.
