Unload Groceries with Me: Why having a goal is mission critical
Unload not just any groceries with me, but a Costco-sized haul. Yes the kind that takes an hour to put away. Thats why I recorded an episode while doing it. Multi-tasking for the win. While I unload the car, I share my download with you about why having a goal is critical to building momentum and getting where you want to go. I share about my recent half marathon and that I have not worked out since. What I need in my calendar is a date, a goal a target I am working to achieve so that I can set up the structure and systems to hit that goal. Not only is having a goal necessary but also knowing who you can call to support you with said goal. When you speak your goal to someone the stats are clear - you are 70% more likely to actually do what you want to do. A no brainer right?
