Turning 40, Food in Oaxaca, and False Deadlines for Success
Maybe the most vulnerable episode yet that I'm more scared to release because I'm so vulnerable in it, and anxiety is telling me "No! Don't Do it! What if you Regret It!" And that's why we're releasing it...Here's what it's about: Keenan is turning 40 which he has not really been able to believe over the past year. He takes you through his thought process. He stumbles into talking about one of his favorite books on doing creative work, The War of Art by Steven Pressfield. He talks about how, as he's approached 40, he has viewed success and the deadlines we give ourselves. OCD and anxiety are tied in of course. He starts the episode taking you on a little tour of what he saw, heard, and ate in Oaxaca, Mexico last weekend.
