Today, I felt called to be real about my experience with pain.
I recorded this on a day when it was stronger than usual... a day when I’d normally stay quiet. But something in me, said it was time to share. So here we go.
In this episode, I talk about what pain has taught me, how it’s shaped me, and how my daily reset tools have kept me right.
