Show Notes

Bobbi and venue owner Pam Ahrens  of the Horse Stamp Inn, discuss owning a venue, how it hosts weddings, and the ins and outs of being inn owners as a life change.

The Horse Stamp Inn is an elegant country bed and breakfast in Southern Georgia is nestled on 16 secluded acres on expansive green fields and is surrounded by gorgeous trees. The picturesque wedding barn, fresh water fishing pond, and outdoor pool add to the tranquil feel of the Horse Stamp Inn.

Expect the highest level of hospitality from the owners and team members of Horse Stamp Inn. With the mission of inspiring you, they will ensure that every detail makes you feel welcome and attends to your every need. Their concierge services provide the guidance you need to design any type of experience; from outdoor activities, dining or just exploring the Georgia coast.

Owners Tim and Pam Ahrens have long dreamed of together owning a business that provides their guests with opportunities to do the same. Horse Stamp Inn sits on the site of a former pecan orchard and still boasts 15 producing pecan trees. In 2007 the house was built as a private residence, then converted to a bed and breakfast in 2012. Tim and Pam Ahrens purchased the inn in August 2017 with the goal of providing peaceful and inspirational hospitality to their new and returning bed & breakfast and event guests.

The opportunity to purchase Horse Stamp Inn in 2017 was perfectly timed with their new found freedom as “empty nesters.” Tim and Pam left careers as organizational development and learning managers in the corporate world to pursue their dream. With a passion for building relationships, their hearts look forward to making every wedding, retreat, meeting, reunion, or weekend getaway the most special experience it can be.
