I'm also doing well. Now ready to unlock more secrets behind Parcelpedia's doors, let's go Behind store mailboxes. Part two Take it away, James.

Speaker 3:

All righty, let's get right into it. We've talked about this subject before mailboxes. I did wanna go a little bit more in depth as far as how the process works, how we differentiate from like a post office box, as far as all that we have to offer and what you get out of it as a customer. So some of the things that I would love to just make known as almost just a fact for all hopefully, if you hear this podcast, it'll stick with you and you'll remember it is that our mailboxes are what's considered a private mailbox or a PMB, and with that we are a little bit different than a PO box. The main difference is a PO box is strictly a post office box, so post office and that's it. So USPS mail, usps packages, and that's where it stops. We have private mailboxes which give you a street address and they also allow you to establish a business with the address. They allow you to receive mail outside of the post office, including international documents, and they also allow you to establish a physical location for things like Google Maps, google Reviews and other things for your business. So some of the things that we'd like to explain to customers as far as the advantage to picking a mailbox with us, the Parsipedia, versus the USPS or anywhere else, is that we're a full service mailbox. So as soon as you sign the contract for the mailbox it comes with everything. You don't have to check off any extra bells and whistles, it's just automatic. So some of those things that includes is mail notification. It's package notification. We've done package deliveries. We do curbside delivery of your mail and packages. We also do mail checks. You can be in Singapore, call us up and say, hey, I need to know what's in my mailbox and we'll tell you right then and there and again, with the ability to receive mail and packages from all the carriers which already come here to Parsipedia, that being DHL, ups, fedex, lone Star, overnight, any of these carriers. We notify you and you do not have to shift around or change things to accommodate the box that you're in. You can just order like you would anywhere else.

Speaker 3:

And some of the more important details of the mailbox is that, with it being private, it's not just in the name. That is part of the mailbox confidential agreement that you will have. It is strictly, strictly, strictly confidential. So nobody other than the mailbox owner who signed it up or the people that they put as authorized you know, pickup or authorized users on the box, not only can they not access the box, they cannot even access information on the box. So if you have like a competitor or you know, maybe a disgruntled employee or angry ex you know, I don't know what's going on with their lives but someone coming in and just trying to scrounge up information, we're like a brick wall. I don't know who you're talking about. I don't know what you're talking about. They will not be able to get the information. The only two people that can get that information that are the mailbox opener, the person that opened the mailbox, and the postal inspector. So they have a badge, they are official officer of the law and so we can't tell them though we have to let them in, but that is very rare.

Speaker 3:

And if they're coming to look for your box, you probably got other worries on your hands than just parcel media. But it is very, very good to have a box because it's a peace of mind. You don't have to worry about porch pirates when you're ordering boxes. You don't have to worry about missing documents because of the address. It's just. It has a lot of benefits to it. One of our customers, or some of our customers would.

I would say some of the testimonies as far as why they like PartsB so much because they get that notification of a package or their mail and it just helps them with their day. It's like you're thinking, oh, I need to stop by the mailbox, I need to stop by the mailbox, I need to stop by the mailbox, I need to make sure, squeeze it in, maybe on my lunch break or after work. And then you get an email from Parsifida. Hey, so far, you know, in your mailbox is A, b and C for the day. And you're like, oh, I was waiting on so-and-so to come in and it didn't come. So I know now I don't have to take that trip. Thank you, parsifida. You know, thanks for that notification and that's not, you know, a juggling game as far as your schedule, trying to find time to get over here. You'd come when you need to because you know it's there and you have 24-7 access. We've done so many things, from driving down to the bank and literally cashing not cashing but depositing people's checks for them while they're out of the state on vacation. But they, you know it's important, it's a business check. They need it done, we do it and it's not a. They don't come back with an invoice on their, you know, in their box and oh, you got to pay us now for doing this. It's just part of the customer service that we like to offer. So having a mailbox here opens up so many opportunities, even if you don't have a small business. It to have, just so you have that separate address that you can send things to, that you can control, Because I know at home, once you have a home address or apartment address, you're listed publicly and you're going to get blasted with a junk mail left and right.

Speaker 3:

No matter who you subscribe to or don't subscribe to or unsubscribe from, you're still going to get blasted junk mail. Having a mailbox here. It allows you to only give your address to those who need it, right, only on a need to know basis. If I need this vendor or this client to have my address, I'll give it to them. Otherwise, no one knows you have that address, it's confidential and it's yours. So just a few of the benefits. I could probably talk on and on until your ears are bleeding. I'm not going to do that to you today, but just know that if you come if you just come for inquiries, we'll tell you all about it up and down, how it works. We'll give you an application, just so there's nothing left to question or worry about, because we're here to help and I think that we offer a great solution to businesses and just private use for the mailboxes so final question for you today, james why wouldn't someone want a private mailbox?

They love junk mail. You know they'd make an origami out of those Costco magazines, or they're, you know, taking those big old Uline phone books and just whacking bugs left and right. That's only two things that come to mind off the bat. But I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I feel like we have so many ways to solve problems and help them that it's a no brainer. But of course it's just per use, you know, or per need. So if you don't need it, I'm not going to try to force you to get one, but if you're in the need or if you're in the market, we're a great, great opportunity for you amazing.
