Lee Battersby - Finding that true voice

Lee Battersby is an award-winning author of science fiction, fantasy, and horror fiction. At various times in his life, he has been a stand-up comic, tennis coach, cartoonist, poet, tax officer and an arts and culture coordinator for a local council. Lee admits to an obsession with Lego, Nottingham Forest Football Club, dinosaurs and Daleks. In this episode of Not the Plot he chats with host Teena Raffa-Mulligan about returning to writing after a break, the best advice he was given on living a creative life, and the purity of the process when writing for the joy of it without thought of the outcome.
