Speaker 3:Hello and welcome back, hey guys. So we are on the season one finale, so first of all, can we just take a second to be like yay, 20 episodes. We went from. We started this and we were going to be bi-weekly, so twice a month, and then you guys messaged us a lot and we were like, okay, we're going to do once a week and I think we're having a lot of fun.
Speaker 2:Oh yeah, it's a blast and we're so glad you guys listen. We get a lot of messages about it and I've had clients say that they're very they love our topics and everything that we discuss, so it's been a really cool journey.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it has been so much fun. It's just crazy to me, and a lot of times when I'm editing the podcast, I'm sitting here going, oh gosh, what do we say next? Because we kind of forget it and I feel like we're just two friends talking on the phone, but it's being recorded, which can be sort of terrifying. Um, I wanted to pull up quick. So right now, at the time of recording this, we have just a little bit over 3 000 downloads thank you guys that's awesome downloads, which is crazy we also have.
Speaker 3:I can't even list. There's so many countries um that we're listening from, but our top countries right now are obviously number one's the united states. Um number two is the United States, um number two is Canada, and our third most popular country that we're streaming in is Germany. So hello to our Canadians and Germans as well, and everybody from Australia to Sweden, to Ireland, um and Finland, I mean there's, it's all over. So I think that's really really cool and, um, we love, we love you guys, and it's been fun.
Speaker 2:Yeah, thank you guys for listening to us chat.
Speaker 3:Listen to us, to friends. I knew this would be good for something.
Speaker 3:So for our season finale, we put out a form and we took in questions and we're going to go through and answer some of these questions. I'm sorry we couldn't get to all of the questions, but we're going to get to a good amount of them. So the first question that we're going to take is from MSM, from Toledo, ohio. The question is what is your most memorable readings? Wow, I was thinking about this and I'm not going to include no, I think I'll do readings, just my readings. And my most memorable? I have one off the top of my head. If you want me to go first, yeah, knock yourself out.
Speaker 3:Okay, so my most memorable reading was really crazy as far as synchronicities, and it was actually before I was doing paid readings for like my job, and I was still sort of like resisting the fact that I was in fact a media, even though I have like so much evidence since childhood, all of these things you know. I still was like I really don't think so. You know, I'd had readings done and stuff. But this happened and I was on my lawnmower and I kept having a guy show up in front of me and I kept like seeing his face and I was like hearing all this stuff and we have like a little over three acres and so it's like I'm mowing for a long time. It's sort of like my meditative time. I'd have podcasts in my ears or an audio book and be mowing, and so I kept having this guy show up and he was showing me these two little girls and one was like wearing like a red dress and, um, I kept seeing him, like one was on his leg and the other was swinging him around, and so he was like give me this information. And I kept seeing it over and over again. I was like you know, I'm going to stop and like put this in my notes on my phone. So when I go to put it, the notes on my phone, I'm literally in it. I realized I'm like totally channeling a message and I write like I just can't stop writing. It's like blah, blah, blah. I love you, I'm so proud of you, like all of this stuff.
Speaker 3:And then I start mowing again and I'm still seeing him and now he's not talking, but he's showing me the face of somebody I knew. So he was showing me the wife of a longtime friend of mine, somebody who is, at the time, I really barely knew. But she had married a guy friend of mine from high school and she is now one of my best friends. But at the time she was not. I knew very little about her. I really didn't know like much about her family or anything.
Speaker 3:And um, he kept showing me her face and I was like this is okay and I like couldn't get him to go away. And so I get off the mower because it like wasn't stopping and I sent her this message and, mind you, I barely knew her at the time and I was like, um, this is probably nothing and it's gonna sound so insane, but you know, I'm intuitive. I'm not saying I'm a media, I'm just like I'm really intuitive and I'm. I saw this guy and I'm like I don't know, maybe an Cause at this. I didn't realize her dad had passed. I had. I had no idea, like her, her dad that I knew to be her dad was actually like a stepdad.
Speaker 3:So I didn't realize that her dad had died when she was like two, um, her biological father, and so I'm like sending her all this stuff and, um, she's a teacher and she's at school and she's going that's my dad, oh my god. And she had a picture like this picture I kind of like described this red dress, I think it was, red shoes, I don't really know um, and so it was just wild because I, on that day I'm trying to mow, I think like it's even more memorable because at the time I was still like, oh, you're like, you have these funny coincidences happen where you like happen to know things, um, so it was really neat. And it was really neat also because it's sort of the thing that started bringing her into my life in a time when I didn't know that I needed her yet.
Speaker 2:So it created a connection. Him showing up. It's like he kind of put you guys together at the right time.
Speaker 3:Yeah, and I was just starting I hadn't yet but I was just starting to sort of walk away from this friendship, that 30 year friendship, and that really hadn't fully happened yet, and so I really didn't see how she was about to fit into my life. But it's also like she got a message that she needed. We both spent a really integral part in each other's healing journeys and so it's just been really it was kind of a neat thing. I mean, I could sit here forever and say wild reading stories, but but that's the one that's most memorable to you.
Speaker 3:That's the one that jumped out at me, because we didn't prep for this, we didn't write our answers?
Speaker 2:No, we did it guys. We're bad students, so we're just kind of going on the fly with this, yeah.
Speaker 3:So what's yours?
Speaker 2:Well, so I had a it's definitely a reading. I had a in-person session and you know the the woman I had a reading with, she lost like a lot of her family, um, kind of lonely, uh, really struggling with grief. And you know, we're going along the session, we're doing all these things, and she had an aunt come forward who was wheelchair bound, and so I'm talking to her aunt, telling her all these things, and all of a sudden this white feather just starts dropping from the ceiling, like it literally appeared from nowhere.
Speaker 2:Oh my gosh, and it's this white feather and it just started slowly dropping from the ceiling and it landed on the table, like in front of us, and she picked it up and she goes, oh my God, and she finds white feathers all the time and she had associated it with her loved ones but she never really knew. And so in the reading they literally manifested a white feather dropping from the ceiling. Spirits can do that. They can have like spontaneous movement of objects, they can transport things through their reality to ours, and a lot of times white feathers are a symbol or a sign from loved ones or angels that you have people around you. And you know, I found, I have found white feathers before, but I have never, ever since then, seen one just manifest from nowhere and fall from the sky. It literally dropped from the damn ceiling Like there was there. No, there was no, like down coat somewhere that got ripped open and there's feathers everywhere. I mean, we're in her home and it came from the ceiling, so it was.
Speaker 2:That was very shocking and I always remember that because it's just so uplifting to know that you can receive signs like that when you really need them, and it's just a wonderful thing. So I really love that it. It really helped her with her journey. So I was very grateful they did that and I was really honored to be able to be a part of that and see the feather drop from the ceiling. That was really cool. But my other favorite one obviously is with my boyfriend Ben, when Eliza came and told me information and I don't need to go into detail with that. You guys can listen to the Spirit Guide episode again, because Laura and I talk about that in there. But those, I would say, are my two most memorable readings that I've done. That are positive. I mean, I have negative ones I got bit at someone's house, but we can talk about that in another episode.
Speaker 3:I think that's really cool. Yeah, I feel like I have a lot that are memorable, like those ones where I don't know. I always like the readings where someone's like tell them to look in the blue folder. They're looking for the thing and they've been looking for whether it's something or something, and then they're like holy crap, I bought it in the blue folder, um, something like that. But, um, that is really cool. A feather falling from the ceiling yes, that's yeah badass.
Speaker 2:It's just like it just spontaneously generated and fell from the ceiling. It was was really cool. It was this big white feather. I mean, I've had readings before where there's been cardinals that fly up to the window and they peck on the window in the middle of a session. That's happened a couple of times, but the feather was just. The feather was cool.
Speaker 3:I love it. That is very cool. Also love that question. So our next question is and I don't have who it's from on there, I don't know if maybe they didn't have it on there Can you talk more about things to help protect your energy, like salt around the house, what kind of salt and where to put it? I'm going to stop right there for this part of the question, because I have used salt to protect myself, but only when Melanie told me I had to, so I'm going to let her take this question. I'm not like one like I do a lot more with, like energy walls and things like that, or with my angels and stuff, but I've had times where Melanie's like you need to do blah, blah, blah with the salt, and so I really liked this question. Um, you know we can talk about protecting our home, but I want to ask what kind of salt do we use?
Speaker 2:So there's two basic kinds of salt when you're talking about creating protective energy grids or protecting yourself. So you've got just white salt. It can be like table salt. Or you have black salt. Black salt you usually get from a practitioner, someone who owns like a metaphysical shop. They usually carry black salt and there's a difference between the two. So white salt is very, very good for absorbing excess energy. It's not only negative energy, but it's also residual energy. Some residual energy just doesn't need to be there and it can create like a chaotic home environment. So white salt's very good at absorbing that.
Speaker 2:So in the house, what I have done before and there's two different methods and sometimes you combine the two of them depending on the severity of what's going on in the home home. So you can basically and make sure your pets are outside when you do this. But you can take white salt and you sprinkle it on your carpet, on your hardwoods, wherever all over the floor, and you just kind of let it sit there for like 10 minutes and then you take a broom or a vacuum cleaner and you sweep it all up and then you take it outside and you throw it away and what happens is what you're doing is it's absorbing the energy that's on the floor but also in the environment. It just kind of sops it up like a sponge and the act of sweeping it up and throwing it away is removing it from the home. Now, in more severe cases, I've recommended white salt and water and using a rag and literally wiping every hard surface down in your house the floors, the walls, furniture. In those cases it's more of a negative infestation that's happening, not demonic in nature, but it's utilized a lot for environmental issues with elementals or having to.
Speaker 2:If somebody has high psychic energy in the home, they're empathic, they're big absorbers of energy. That would need to be done because you constantly need to cleanse it. And that white, the white salt and water solution, it combines very nicely and it covers a large area and it creates a barrier. It just holds a barrier in place. Or the other method is just more for like, if you're saging yourself, like that's what I would consider white salt for the house is saging yourself.
Speaker 2:Now, black salt is black. Salt is a barrier. So black salt, what you do is after you cleanse your home, after you cleanse your home, you need to you use black salt at the cracks of windows or doorways, and what that does is that black salt creates like what Laura was talking about, where she uses energy walls. If you don't know how to do that, or if you're not attuned to that, the black salt will do it for you. Or if you you are attuned to it, you can give it an extra punch and create your barrier wall and put black salt down with the intention that nothing negative can cross that, and you leave it there. You don't sweep it up. So the thing with black salt is, if you have white carpet, it will dye your carpet, just an FYI. But if you're desperate, you don't really care about that and you just leave it alone. And if it goes away with the weather, it goes away with the weather, you just leave it be. But that's the two ways.
Speaker 2:There's multiple ways you can use salt, but that is the most beginner way to utilize white versus black salt. You can also take salt baths and that will cleanse and remove negative energy. You can soak your feet in a white salt solution and that will help ground you. It'll also remove anything from your body that doesn't need to be there. A lot of places have salt caves Now you can just go lay in the salt. I mean there is scientific evidence with salt being grounding and healing for the human body. But energetically it will definitely remove negative energy or things that don't need to be with you.
Speaker 3:Right, so no, that's great and that answers a lot Like truly. There's been times where you've said you know you need to salt or whatever. When it comes to like protecting your home, I use a lot of the energy and then crystals, so like I've got selenite and black tourmaline in every single one of my house and I have like 18 windows in my house.
Speaker 2:So that's her next question, though. So, like when you're using the crisp, when you're using selenite and black tourmaline above the doorway, do you have anything that you say when you put it up there, or is there a certain way to place them?
Speaker 3:So each window has a selenite rod in it and then two black tourmaline tumbles and I don't know that I'm saying anything, but I'm always raking. You know, I do once a month cleansing of my house, where I sort of take the stagnant energy open all the windows. I Palo Santo and I'm kind of rolling up the energy in a ball and I just kind of like take it outside and literally off the property. No, I, and again, I think using what you connect to is important because you have to believe in it. It I have definitely salted, but I have salted in moments where I have been guided or encouraged to do that. Um, because there's something there that's beyond whatever it is I'm doing.
Speaker 3:I also grid my um, and one of the questions in here, I guess, is gridding, but, um, I have crystals in buried on my property as well. So there's there's a lot of crystals and stuff. Um, I've used salt, too, at other people's houses, but I absolutely love the description of both of those because it can be incredibly protective. You know, like my smudge spray or the sprays you use, we use a lot of salt in them too, you know, because it is it's extremely cleansing, protective, um, so I think that's a really good answer to that question. The other one part of this question was moon water. I think we talked about that in an episode. You know, you just put water out. You really want it to be in glass rather than plastic. But if you don't have glass, go ahead and use plastic and the moon's going to charge that. You can drink it, you can use it for plants, you can set intentions to it. That's pretty simple.
Speaker 2:I always drink that moon water. Let me tell you like I feel so much better. I have a huge like I think it's three gallons. I don't know, I'm not good with that crap. It's big and it's a big glass jar and I set it outside and then I'll take it in the next day and I'm like I can't wait to drink this. Get all this crap I don't need out of me. And I'll take it in the next day and I'm like I can't wait to drink this. Get all this crap I don't need out of me. And I'll drink it the entire day and I feel so much better, my ears ringing, and I just I feel so much better afterwards.
Speaker 3:So yeah, I agree, my kids love making it and drinking it too. Ok, let's see our next question what's your morning grounding routine? That is from Gina in Tampa. So morning grounding I mean that's that has changed a lot for me over the years. It's gone from various needing a full on grounding. A lot of times it's stretching in the morning for me, Morning stretches have become a really big thing for me. The shower I use, as you know, something to really help ground me. But I think that kind of changes every day, based on what my needs are.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I agree with that, it's. I usually listen to how I feel, but if I were going to say a basic grounding routine that I am pretty consistent with, I definitely try and get 30 minutes of exercise in every day, and exercise is very underrated. You don't have to be kickboxing and wearing yourself out. You have to move your body, because energy gets stuck in the body when you don't move it. So it's a really important thing.
Speaker 2:So I try to get 30 minutes of exercise in every day, and I have an altar, and a lot of times I'll light my candles at the altar and I'll set my intentions for the day, and sometimes I sage myself if I need it, sometimes I don't and then I take my shower, and when I'm in the shower, I tell the water to help me and to help cleanse anything and give me the energy I need for the day, and that's usually my grounding routine. When it gets warmer outside outside, though I usually take my dog for a walk. I'm really lucky because where I live now, I live across from a park, so I'll just walk to the park with the dog and just breathe in the air from the trees, and when it's gardening season, I'll have my hands in the dirt and that's very grounding for me also.
Speaker 3:So it does seasonally change yeah, because we live not in Tampa, I know if you're in Tampa, go to the beach and put your foot and your feet in the sand.
Speaker 3:Um, I was just thinking. Honestly, a thing I do every day is when I'm driving. I get I do a lot of breathing techniques while I'm driving and I've been trying to really consciously lower my shoulders. I just naturally carry my stress there and so I do my breathing and what I do is in for four, hold for four, out for four, and as I'm doing it, I consciously feel my shoulders going down. So that's a part of our routine morning grounding routine.
Speaker 2:And you go. You don't have to. It doesn't have to be complicated, it really doesn't. Whatever creates a relaxation for you and you feel that you're connecting more with yourself, that's what you need to do. Some people love yoga. I don't have the patience for it.
Speaker 2:My boyfriend does it and I wish I could, and I did it one time and I was just like I am so bored and I couldn't get myself to calm down, but it's like for some people, tai Chi. So it's whatever you can do to move your body. I'm a really big. I think that's very important because you need to move it, and I'm a big one on breathing.
Speaker 3:If you spend five minutes a day, even on your breathing or when you're feeling, you know, not regulated, it's powerful, breath work is so beneficial, okay, so next question so beneficial, okay. So next question. I liked this question a lot. So how do you end up getting involved with missing person cases? Do you see a post, then try to tap in? Does the person's guide come to you? So I liked this because we did an episode where we talked about the cases we were involved in, but I don't know that we necessarily answered this question. So do you see a post and try and tap in? Well, the answer for me is I try not to, and I'll even. I feel like there's just so many a day where I'll be like, nope, not getting involved, not getting involved. And then my answer to this question is sometimes the guides, if they're alive, sometimes somebody's guide or loved one is nagging me like help. There's times where the person is deceased and they're talking to us. That has been more rare in my case.
Speaker 3:I feel like that melanie that's melanie usually is getting connected in that way where the person that's murdered is coming to you. For me personally, it's like Facebook, aside from the emails and messages I get every year please help me find a missing person. But there's a lot of times, you know the talk of town pages, or just it's showing up and I see it, and then I do get information. There was just a teen that was missing and I had reached out to the mom just like, okay, this is the area I think that this person's in, even though I didn't want to. But I'm like, okay, well, get any information. So that's kind of my answer to that question. Yes to all of it. No to all of it, don to all of it.
Speaker 3:Don't want to be involved.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I don't see it, I'm, I'm a little bit, we're kind of opposite. Oh, cause I usually don't. I'll get information, like when I'm scrolling, scrolling through Facebook, because there's a lot of you know, there's a lot of missing people. Unfortunately, in our area right now, the Toledo area, there's been a lot of missing teenagers that have happened. One was very tragic recently and it was terrible. It just, yeah, just very gut-wrenching. So when I go through those I try to tune out, but there are times where I'll get information.
Speaker 2:Now, I don't usually reach out to people when I get information, because in my mind I feel like if I'm supposed to be involved with something, it'll come to me in some way or someone will message me. So I try not to alter what has to happen and that's just the way my mind works with it. Because I also have to protect myself with that situation, because if I got something wrong or I misinterpreted something, I don't know that I'd be able to handle it very well. So because you know, laura and I want to help people, that's why we do this. So if I were to do something that altered a situation, I would overthink and I'll just briefly give them an explanation of what I think is happening or where I think they're located, and it's not something that I like to do, but I feel like if someone messages me then I try and answer. However, there's been instances where I've been like I can't help you with this, like you need to stay with local police.
Speaker 2:Murder victims I get a lot like Laura said and we had discussed on a last episode they usually come for me for resolution, help moving on, or they need to vent. Uh, the one, the one woman, um, that came to me. It was very, very hard for me and that was a few years ago cause she jumped me so she literally entered my body and I could feel her getting stabbed. I could see what was happening to her. I couldn't get her out of me. So I'm very careful with the murder, the murder investigations and the murder information Like documentaries are difficult to watch. I have had angels come to me before and be like you need to do x, y and z, and in those situations I have acted because I'm like okay, this is divine intervention, but other than that, I try not to get involved unless I'm asked or, uh, guided to do so same.
Speaker 3:And then I always, I always say Nope, nope, never again. And then you do it, and then I do it. I have a good answer, because what my brain saying don't do it, and then my heart goes let's do it. Uh, um, okay. So our next question how do you figure out what your life's purpose or mission is? How do our guides help with that? And that is from Janet in Toledo, ohio.
Speaker 3:So we did want to answer this question because I feel like I all the time when people are here for sessions, right, like a lot of times they're lost, and I've been lost myself, um, and I feel like tech talk and social media has sort of made this toxic um notion around this very specific topic.
Speaker 3:So people are now suffering more, feeling inadequate and less than because now they've made to believe that there is some life's purpose or soul's mission that is like this epic thing. So I feel like people are searching for this epic thing right now. There are some people that have a really bold purpose, meaning not that their life purpose is better or more meaningful than yours, it's just maybe I think people sort of look at people that are the life changers of other people, right, so you'll have people that maybe change the like I'll take like a big one, like Martin Luther King. Okay, like change the trajectory of history, of law, of of the way of life, okay, so you have these people that are like very well known, right, like their, their mission here was this big thing, which usually comes at a cost of something else as well. For the person.
Speaker 3:But I would encourage people and what I do encourage people in sessions and my clients and things is it's you're looking for a a big, bold thing and you're missing the really beautiful simplicity of what that question actually is. Sometimes your mission or life's purpose is to be a teacher and help whatever students come in that have no parent. You become this fixture in their mind that will maybe you're like a kindergarten teacher and you're a part of shaping that person. Or you're a seventh grade teacher and you're like the only person that gave a shit and that changes the trajectory of that person's life. Maybe you are a stay at home mom and you've never worked a nine to five job in your entire life, but your job is the most important job and it's your soul's mission is to break a generational cycle and raise these really good humans with the coping skills and the tools.
Speaker 3:And other people's life mission could be various things. It doesn't always have to be attached to your job, and I think that's where we've got to disconnect. People will be like, well, I'm working in landscaping and it doesn't fulfill my soul. Well, maybe you're just supposed to go to that job from nine to five and fill your soul with something else. Maybe it's a hobby, or maybe it's writing a book or whatever that is. It doesn't have to be these big things, and do you find that as well in your work? I feel like it's. It becomes this like extra pressure now, like I got to find my soul's purpose. Your soul's purpose was to marry the person you married, and you know that love was a part of your purpose no-transcript and helping them and giving them a home.
Speaker 2:That's a soul that you're taking care of. It's being a parent, it's being a friend, it's being a good coworker, it's being a good human being. It's making the homeless guy on the corner sandwich and saying here, here you go, you look hungry. Those small things. You don't know what you're changing. When you do that, you could spark something in someone that they needed to feel like they're worthy of something, that they're worthy of being, that they're worthy of being loved, they're worthy of being seen. And you don't have to go seek those things.
Speaker 2:And, like this whole, I get so irritated with social media because people walk around with their phones oh, I'm going to videotape myself handing this homeless guy a sandwich. And look at me, I'm a hero. Look what I did for this person. That's not why you should be doing it. If you're doing things to get recognition, then you're doing it wrong every day, all day, period. That shouldn't be the point of it.
Speaker 2:When it comes to life purpose, I always look at it as what can I do to better myself? What can I do then to help others? Because if you can't work on yourself first, you can't help anyone else. You're not equipped to do it because you don't have the mind frame yet for it. So it's like make yourself comfortable with you, get to know who you are and then move into something else. And, like Laura said, you don't have to be Martin Luther King Jr, you don't have to be somebody who created all these waves, because a small wave trickles down and multiplies. So you help one kid, you help your own children, you help yourself, and it just creates an effect that helps hundreds of people and you don't even realize you're doing it, yeah.
Speaker 3:So, rather than discounting what you're doing now and trying to like, oh, I got to change everything, think about, like, what are, what are the things you're connecting to now in your, in your own life? Um, but it just, yeah, it doesn't have to be this big grand thing, oh.
Speaker 2:I mean you could start a community garden, yeah, and it gives the people a home and a place. I mean it can be so simple and it's sometimes it doesn't even involve working with the public.
Speaker 3:Sometimes it's just your own family. It can be legitimately a stay at home mother raising her children better than what she was raised, and that is that was your purpose here and you're doing it, and so it's. It's going to be different for for every person, um, but I did like that question, um. Another question that we have is my dog has anxiety and arthritis, but every time I rake in him he doesn't like it moves away. Why is that? And that's Nicole in Ohio. Um, hi, nicole, hey Coli what's up.
Speaker 3:Um, okay, so what I got from this was that, um, it is helping him, but I know for me, when I'm working on someone's physical pain, that healing can actually hurt at first, because you're actually healing and pulling out some of that pain, and so sometimes that can feel like startling, like well, what are you doing? To me, I think that's probably what's happening with your dog. It's feeling that energy and it might just be a little like oh, what is that?
Speaker 2:What do you say Animals are funny with? Like? They're funny like that because they can see. Animals are so intuitive, like they can see the energy coming from your hands. They can feel it more in depth than a human being. So the dog's probably going what, what in the hell is happening? It feels good, but I'm seeing this Like what are you doing to me, mom? So it could get just uncomfortable and move away from it, especially if the dog already has anxiety or is skittish to begin with. I noticed when they see the Reiki because they see it, I think they see the way we see it animals do. So when they see it, I don't think they're comprehending what it's doing, so they can just kind of scurry away. It's not that it's hurting them.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I would say send send but not like while you're petting or actually like touching him or hovering, just send it kind of like you would distant and it would be fine. Yeah, okay, I thought that was a good question. Um, so the next question is from ks in woodville, ohio how to tell if something is or isn't a coincidence. What if you can reason or make sense of it logically? Could it still be or not be a coincidence? I love this question. We do have this question and we're going to start off by saying there is no such thing as a coincidence. Which kind of answers the whole question.
Speaker 2:I always laugh when I talk to people and I'm like your, your loved ones said they sent you like pennies or dimes and you collect them and put them in a jar and then they're just like, yeah, but I, you know there's pennies and dimes everywhere. And I'm like, oh really, I said so that's, did you just find one?
Speaker 3:I just looked down and thought I think it's a penny, it's very dirty. Oh God, it's probably. I haven't been here in a week and a half. I haven't even been in here. Yeah, you just said that I looked down Again. Was this a coincidence? It was not a coincidence, guys. She said that I looked down and went oh yeah, anyway, it's like that. So I said something about money.
Speaker 2:Laura looks down and went oh yeah, anyway, synchronicities like that. So I said something about money, laura looks down and there's a penny. That's a synchronicity. It's not a coincidence. So I think that's the guy who lives in her shop. That's a ghost saying hi, yeah.
Speaker 2:But you know, I think, personally, the way I view that question is you can explain anything away. You can even explain your abilities away. You can explain literally everything away logically, which we've done, because you can just override it. Yeah, so it's like if you find something that resonates with you, like if you're walking and I don't know a bird lands right in front of you and stops hopping around, and you're just like, oh my God, my mom loved yellow canaries and it's a yellow canary just hopping around and that resonates with you, that's a sign from your mom. And, of course, you can make an excuse I'm at a park, I'm walking around, there's birds everywhere, well, no shit. So it's like you can literally explain anything away, but if it hits you in your core and your first reaction is oh my God, then that's what it is. Yeah, that's the best way.
Speaker 3:Like you can explain everything away and my goodness, if my whole life would be one big coincidence, then because I feel like it happens to me every single day. Like you know, I just saw the other day I was seeing a ton of my um, great blue herons and they were like in random places, not on river road, by where I live, by the river. It was like getting on to like the highway. One's just flying past me. It's like, okay, well, do you know, like everything that has to line up for that specific bird to cross my path in this exact moment in time. You know those kinds of things, me fine, looking down, I had idea it blended in with the carpet. It's like a dirty penny with like something all over it. You saying that and me looking down. Like there's just so many things. You know how you met your boyfriend, ben, my husband, you know I've told the story about that.
Speaker 3:So there really is no coincidence. They are synchronicities and they are there to make you go. Oh well, that was strange. It's like it is strange because it defies logic and it's supposed to, absolutely so. It's just like with everything we talk about, with our intuition and wanting to connect with your guides and things like that, your guides and things like that. You have to just trust that what you're seeing is what you're seeing or being shown, or whatever that synchronicity or coincidence is. It's not a coincidence. There is no such thing as a coincidence.
Speaker 2:And then validating that gut feeling. If you're driving and a song comes on and you're having a bad day and a song comes on that your dad loved, or and you're having a bad day and a song comes on that your dad loved, or you know a significant other loved, like yeah, that's not a coincidence that it came on at an exact moment. Or you're seeing number signs 1, 2, 3, 4, 11, 11, 4, 4, 4. And you look those up and it resonates with you. They're not coincidences. And the more that you lean into that, the more that you're going to get messages and the more you're going to be open to experiencing those types of situations. And it's beautiful when you embrace it.
Speaker 3:Yes, and it'll be every day. Next question, kind of skipping around here Do you tell people if they have something bad attached or just try to get rid of it? That's from KS in Woodville. That's a tricky question. Always tell people. It depends on the situation. Are they going to freak out? Is it going to make it worse? Is it something that I've been told I need to tell them, or am I just kind of removing something? I don't know? I feel like usually they kind of know and we've discussed it like what we're doing or I'll say something in the session, but there have been a couple of times I've just kind of like plucked something and been like, right, let's move on, because I knew that person was going to spiral and freak out and that's only going to invite something back in. So there's been times that I don't yeah.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I usually I agree with you I have just removed stuff without saying anything and the person will feel it or the or I say nothing, like I've went to people's houses before and I'm like, holy shit, their house is haunted AF and it's not good, and it's like I'm not saying a word. Because I'm not saying a word? Because they're already fearful of those things, they're already freaked out about them and fear is very powerful. So you're just feeding a flame.
Speaker 2:So there's, times where I've just kind of let it be. There's other times where I know it's going to scare the person but I have to say it because it's a dangerous situation. So it's really dependent on that. I mean I should. I've been in grocery stores where I'm like, oh the hell is on that person, and it's not like I'm walking up to him, going like hey, so you went into a haunted location and you have a dead hooker attached to you now and she's just fucking up your life. So it's like it's not like you just go up to people and say that sometimes you just got to let things take the course they're supposed to take and then if they're meant to come to you or someone else to help with that, then it gets removed. So it's like if Laura and I did that, we'd be exhausted, we'd be going up to people all the time.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I'm just usually just trying to live my own life and not see or do whatever. But if you're in here for a session, that's going to be a call I'm going to make based on what's happening. Please don't assume that you've come in here for a session and I knew something and didn't tell you, so just know. If I didn't tell you you didn't need to know, so don't ask me that when you come in here. Just I was feeling like you feel better.
Speaker 2:Yes, that's all you need to know Great, ask me questions.
Speaker 3:Okay, next question, moving right along how do we tell what our lessons we need to learn are? I don't know this is. We can't really break this down too much. I don't know that. You do know. Until you know, like I mean, I guess I can look.
Speaker 3:Hindsight is a big thing to say, oh, that was a lesson. If you keep having the same thing happen with different people, different relationships or whatever, and it keeps coming back around, but like with a different face name, whatever situation, you know, that's a lesson that you're not taking on, you're not learning, you're not growing from, and that's a good way to kind of tell what those things are. I've been asked a lot of questions like did I do something bad in another life that I'm suffering so much in this life? I mean, it's hard to tell. I don't think you're being punished. I think this is school, this is what we're supposed to be learning. This life is to teach you things, and life is full of pain and suffering as much as it is with beautiful moments and love and um, you know, we can't really have one without the other. They exist, they coexist together.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I mean, that's the repeating. Repeating scenarios definitely is a way to pinpoint that, because you can avoid something and then it gets repeated. It's the same exact issue, but in a different form. Yeah, and that is a wonderful way to say oh well, shit, like this is an issue with myself that I need to work on and this is a lesson. Yeah, some lessons are real quick, like you can have a lesson and it just goes no, I'm not ever doing that again. And then boom, it's done. It never repeats it, doesn't?
Speaker 3:Well, it's quick because you learned from it. You learned from it and moved on and detached from it. When it keeps happening is when you're resisting learning or changing whatever that lesson is trying to bring into your life and, um, I mean, I know that's happened with me all the time where it's like whoa, why does this keep showing up? Okay, okay, I've got work to do here. Um, I mean, that's kind of the shortest way we can, I think, tackle that question yeah.
Speaker 2:The easiest way to identify it. That's a lesson. If you keep having financial issues, if you keep having um relationship issues, like with narcissists, or if you yourself keep doing something that repeats, those are all lessons, yeah.
Speaker 3:Yeah, well, this is. We tried to get as many questions in as we could in an hour, um or less. This has been fun. We are stoked about the start of season two. Be sure you follow our page, you know, for more information with that. But what we're going to be doing is taking a recording break.
