Addiction affects millions of people every day. Whether you are fighting addiction, in active addiction, trying to kick addiction, clean from addiction, or affected by someone else's addiction, there is a lot to go through. Ash will discuss what addiction is like today and ways to cope, fight, and stay clean. We will also discuss what signs to look for, how to support, and the toll addiction takes on loved ones and friends that know someone in addiction. I am not a doctor or therapist. I have been through addiction and almost lost my life from it. I have found incredible happiness in sobriety and want to help others achieve the same.

Hello and Welcome! This episode is an intro to Modern Addiction and what we will discuss. We talk about the definition of addiction and some of the statistics around addiction.
