Simon Eastwood on Getting Leadership Skills to Stick

Hello, and a very warm welcome to this podcast from Management Futures.  I'm Hugh Reynolds, head of digital learning - and in this series, I'm holding some informal conversations with my colleagues, associates and friends. In this episode, we're going to get to know one of our outstanding people. He's Simon Eastwood, and he's head of Leadership Skills.

Simon is a true master in supporting Leaders and their teams to get from good to great. I wanted to find out how he goes about that, and explore together how he's a huge advocate of "LEARNING BY DOING".
