Finnish homeopath and educator Reeta Pohjonen shares her remarkable journey into homeopathy, which began at 19 when a single remedy transformed her health overnight. That moment sparked a lifelong passion that led her to study homeopathy and eventually become the principal of the Helsinki School of Homeopathy. In this episode, she talks about her distinctive blend of classical homeopathy, shamanic alchemy, and Arctic remedies inspired by her roots in Lapland and the Sámi tradition. Reeta also dives into her work with pregnant women, the power of including fathers in the healing journey, and the growing demand for natural health solutions in Finland—especially after the pandemic. About my guest:
Reeta Pohjonen is a Finnish homeopath, educator, and spiritual mentor with over two decades of experience in holistic healing and personal transformation. She is the founder and principal of Homeopathy School Helsinki, also known as the Transformational School of Homeopathy, where she integrates homeopathy, astrology, shiatsu, prenatal yoga, shamanic healing, and the Three Principles approach. Reeta’s work centers on women's well-being, youth mental health, and spiritual empowerment, drawing on influences from Kabbalah, Sufism, and ceremonial living. Born in northern Finland and raised partly in Africa, she brings a rich cultural perspective to her teaching. A mother of four—including one angel child—all born in water, Reeta incorporates sacred water and womb-centered practices into her work. She offers courses and mentorship globally, both online and in person, and is currently creating a healing sanctuary for women in Sicily.
