In this week's episode, Meaghan and Ashley welcome their first guest, Elizabeth, to the show to discuss the life of a Goalie Mom. Elizabeth shares her experiences as a goalie mom, funny and relatable stories as well, an insider's look at what it takes to watch pucks “shot” at your kid during a game. 

Elizabeth talks about how being a goalie mom is unique and how it can be challenging to watch your child play. She shares her personal experience with releasing superstitions, building relationships with other goalie moms, and emphasizes the importance of supporting your child.
