Talking about change is the easiest part of the change process, but implementing and inviting those around us is challenging. Sitting in university classrooms having philosophical discussions about how to create and implement change is constantly on loop as you walk past college classrooms. When that talk leaves philosophical and becomes reality then the realness of emotions, differences and resistance of change kick in.
