I also open up about my personal journey, from struggling with postnatal depression to using time blocking as a way to regain control and avoid relapses.

That’s why I now prioritise rest and self-care activities, scheduling them first in my digital calendar to ensure they’re non-negotiable. Adding buffer times between tasks has also been a game-changer, giving me the flexibility to handle the unexpected without feeling overloaded.
