Mila Garcia was busy living life as a 30-year-old when type 1 diabetes came crashing in - and interrupted her travel plans! Only briefly though, because within just 12 months, Mila has worked to learn everything she can about the condition so that she can continue to live out loud. From travelling to Asia and South America within the first few months of diagnosis, to body confidence around diabetes technology, Mila is warm, funny and very much living out loud with type 1 diabetes!
