With more than 15 years of strategy, program leadership, and organizational transformation experience in a wide variety of challenging and ambiguous environments. He works with a broad range of clients on their organizational challenges and opportunities and has advised clients in the retail, education, finance, and professional services industries and served as a leader in the military and nonprofit sectors. Matt graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Business Management.
