In London, Sonja’s bidet face-icing and a croquet outing highlight growing tension as Carole becomes irritated by Luann’s constant one-upping; Heather tries to diplomatically point out the group’s frustration, but Luann deflects and frames other women as jealous. Back in New York, Sonja remotely plans Aviva’s anniversary party at the Empire State Building’s Empire Room, where Aviva later falls down a short flight of stairs but jokes about it. The party features an awkward band, Reid’s sweet toast, and conflict when Ramona accuses Heather of being fake and a liar, repeatedly walking away as Heather calmly follows her around, escalating Ramona’s agitation through the night.
