Paul Sesay is the Founder and CEO of Inclusive Companies Limited, the National Diversity Awards, the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List and the Inclusive Awards. Paul’s entrepreneurial endeavours have been driven by a strong social focus. 

With a wealth of over eighteen years of experience, Paul is a prominent figure in the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion sector. He has collaborated with some of the world’s largest organisations to enhance their D&I initiatives.
