Fiona Lambert, is renowned as one of the UK’s leading businesswomen, having held board roles at Next, George at Asda, Dunelm, River Island and most recently Managing Director of Jaeger at M&S, where she led its celebrated reinvention.

She is now President of The Twenty Club, a long-standing exclusive members dining  club with a 137 year history. 

At 60, she made a pivot, setting herself the goal of getting into the best shape of her life, determined to break stereo-types of aging and wrote Invincible not Invisible, sharing her sustainable approach to mindset change, exercise and nutrition.
