Kache and I met through my mom, and I am always a superfan of community organizers. Kache talks about working to serve and advise the youth and her hair journey as a PCOS Warrior and living with a rare autoimmune disorder.

I'm Kache, an event strategist + program designer who helps people plan with focus and move with confidence.

Root Werk didn't begin as a business. It began as a way of working. A rhythm. A practice. 

What started behind the scenes was always intentional -----quiet work, done with care, translating vision into actionable plans. Over time, that practice became Root Werk Solutions: a consulting house where I move ideas forward with insight, collaboration, and outcomes that hold up in real time. I help my clients shape the flow, root into purpose and grow the vision from seed to shared momentum.

I’m a Black woman, an educator turned tech entrepreneur but still an educator. Building a platform called THE CHAIR is a Black and Brown centered tech platform dedicated to supporting people on their hair journey. You can design hairboards, connect to hair stylists, and share hair care tips all in one space for a more joyous and streamlined experience.
