In this weeks episode we jackhammer into a brief history of Industrial music. What is Industrial? Just what it sounds like. A loud, harsh, abrasive music genre that blends elements of electronic noise with some unconventional sound sources.
In todays lesson we begin from its creation, sample the first pioneers of the genre, play some joints from the bands that made it mainstream, right up until some sounds from today. We cover as much as humanly possible in 60 minutes going in a chronological order so take notes as we attempt to make your earholes bleed.
