Due to the current situation in Northern Israel this weeks show is a little behind schedule, my apologies, its quite the situation over here.

But we have returned with a special show dedicated to the female legends in music. The queens of rock n’ roll, soul, reggae, hip hop, punk rock and mo’! We observe International women’s day in these hectic times by playing you records from artists like Debbie Harry, Grace Jones, Joan Jett, Dolly Parton, Lauren Hill and Janice Joplin. We drop joints from Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, the Supremes and the Shangri La’s. As well as classic bangers from Aretha Franklin, Betty Davis , Bikini Kill, Amyl and the Sniffers, Joni Mitchell, Noga Erez,  Missy Elliot, Janet Jackson, le Tigre, JJ Fad, Queen Latifah, Tina Turner, Dawn Penn, Lady Saw, Sister Nancy and more female powerhouses that have forever left their mark in music.

It’s a full throttle femme fatale mixtape of divas and Riot Grrrrlz, dancehall Queens and Rock n Roll badass bitches sent to sonically seduce your dirty little earholes. And I use the word bitch with the upmost respect.

So let’s  go, bang, zoom right to the moon, press, play, we have returned! Yalla!!!

Live from the heart of the Galil Mountains on 105.3FM, this is more than just a radio show—it’s a sonic journey through time, culture, and sound. Hosted by a native New Yorker who cut his teeth spinning records in the city’s underground scenes of hip hop, reggae, dub, punk, and dancehall. He now has relocated to the mountains of Northern Israel to bring this knowledge of music to everyone in earshot.
We dig deep into the record crates telling the stories behind the music that shaped generations and putting some stank on it in the process. Each episode weaves a tapestry of genres, connecting the past and present like an old school cassette mixtape with special guest appearances from kindred spirits like Uncle Siris’ daughter, Soso, and the Silent Bob of of the DJ world, Mixmaster DJ Milkweed.
