Each episode he takes the listener on a time travel experience through music history presented in a mixtape style format. Playing everything from Reggae, Funk, Ska & Punk to Doo Wop, Hip Hop, Soul & Rock’N’ Roll. We genre jump each episode so you always have something fresh to listen to.

Welcome to Anger Management thru Music. In todays lesson we offer a sonic pressure release for the duration of 60 minutes. I will take all of the frustrations that alot of you have been feeling lately and I will turn it into a positive outlet for raging against the machine. Of a Down, Megadeth, Metallica, Slayer, Pantera and Drowning Pool. We find tools of rage relief with music from DMX, Wu Tang, Nas, Disturbed, Audioslave, Rage against the Machine, Link Wray and more.
