What if I told you that your business growth in 2025 can be dramatically impacted by the energetic foundations that you lay right now? In today's episode, we are going to clear the clutter. We are going to refresh your alignment, and we are going to create a space for your business expansion with some very simple yet powerful energetic clearing tasks for your business. Now, I'm wondering, have you ever entered a new year feeling really weighed down by the old? I wonder what it would feel like for you if you started 2025 with clarity and with purpose and with this fresh energy in your business. Cause let's face it, most of us are taking time off over this period. And we're going to come back for fresh. We're going to come back. We've had our rest. Maybe we've had a bit of a holiday. We've had some downtime and we are coming back ready and raring to go with this whole new year. But what is going to happen if we step into the same energy of our business that we have left behind in 2024? You are going to come in and the two energies are going to meet and they are not going to match. So what if your business was a room, what clutter would you throw out? What would you do to create more space for what truly matters? Just in the same way that you will clean out your linen cupboard over the Christmas break, we are going to do the same with your business right now. So if these questions resonate with you, then today's episode is going to guide you through a powerful process to release what is not. Serving your business and prepare you for an aligned and thriving new year. This is the Alive and Thriving podcast. I am your host, Jessica Read. I am so excited about today's topic. It is an end of year business cleanse. Now as solid entrepreneurs, our businesses are deeply intertwined with our energy and when things feel cluttered, be it systems or offers or even our minds. It creates a ripple effect that impacts every area of our business. The good news is you do not have to carry that clutter into the new year. Today. I'm going to share with you my personal checklist for an end of year cleanse that will help you to shed what is no longer serving you and to create space for abundance and clarity and 2025 so by the end of this episode, you will have eight. My fingers are not working today. Eight actionable steps to clear your energy, to align your business and to step into the new year as your highest self. And as I said before, having the energy of your business match that beautiful refreshed energy that you are bringing in. So the very first thing that we want to do is audit your digital space. Your online space is an extension of your energy. And often we are following accounts or. We are holding on to email subscribers that no longer serve our growth or worse. It actually, they drain us, the people and the content that you consume have a profound effect on your mindset on, your energy. And so when you surround yourself with aligned energy, you create an ecosystem that fuels inspiration that fuels connection. And this is exactly the same online. So in your online space, I want you to do a digital cleanse. Okay, I want you to go through your social media accounts, unfollow anyone who does not uplift you, unfollow anyone who does not align with your current vision. I want you to go through your followers. I want you to remove the dead followers. Please do not get caught up in the vanity metrics of followers. Okay? It does not matter if your follower account drops. If your followers are full of people who are bots, spams, disengaged, not ideal clients, it is okay to go and remove them. And I highly recommend that you do. I also recommend that you clean out your email list by removing inactive subscribers, because quality over quantity. is key in your business. So go and do that digital shed. It is going to feel so good afterwards. The next thing that you are going to do is declutter your offers. Okay. Not all offers are meant to last forever, and some may actually be feeling heavy or disconnected from your current energy. Some may not need to come forward with you into the new year. Now, if you are in the process of refining your offer, or you are creating a brand new offer, then I highly, recommend my sole aligned offer system. It is just 27 Australian dollars. Accessible straight away. Highly recommend that you jump in and do that. The thing is with holding onto outdated offers is that it can drain your focus and it can prevent you from stepping into your next level. If you have an offer suite that is overwhelming and confusing because you are bringing along offers just because you created it, just because there's people in that membership, you feel bad letting it go. It is okay to cleanse these things. So I want you to look at your offer suite. When people come into my mastermind, one of the first things that we do is I get them to write out their whole office suite and we look at what excites them, what is draining them, what is no longer aligned with the vision of their business. I really encourage you to do the same thing because misaligned office can create a sense of resistance, both in you and in your clients. So by focusing on what feels expansive and exciting for you, you are going to attract clients who are ready to work with you at the highest level. So your action for this step is to look at each offer that you have and ask yourself, does this still feel aligned? Or do I need to let go of anything that feels heavy or that feels out of sync or that is no longer aligned with the growth and the direction of your business because it is okay. It truly is okay to let those things go. The next thing that I would like you to do is review your client boundaries. So over time boundaries can slip and what once worked may longer feel may no longer, sorry, feel sustainable. So I learned that within Voxer this year for myself in terms of boundaries, what used to work for me was no longer sustainable as I gave more to my clients and as I had a bigger private client base and honestly, What I was giving to wasn't even necessary. It was over giving, and it actually benefited everybody for me to step back in terms of holding my boundaries in the times that I was actually in Boxer. So this is the perfect time now to reassess and redefine how you want to show up for your clients because clear. Boundaries protect your energy. They allow you to show up fully for your clients without burning you out, without developing resentment and without overwhelming them as well. Okay. Or creating a relationship that is maybe too dependent on you because when we don't have those boundaries, sometimes that can also happen. So I want you as an action step for this number three is to reflect on where your boundaries may actually need to be adjusted. For example, is it in response times? Is it in session availability? Is it in your emotional energy and write down what changes feel necessary? And then commit to those in the new year, and don't be afraid to commit to the boundaries. Honestly, if you have a belief that is holding you back from setting boundaries, holding boundaries, committing to boundaries, then you need to go right into my becoming limitless online on demand workshop. I think it's 79. You can get instant access to that. So the fourth thing that is on your business end of year cleanse list is to assess your daily tasks. Often there are tasks that drain our energy and they keep us stuck in the busy work. They keep us stuck. In the business, and we are doing these tasks because we think we should be because we've always done them, but quite often they're outdated. They can be replaced with AI. They can be replaced with a virtual assistant. And quite often we're getting caught up in that doing instead of focusing on what truly actually moves a needle in your business. I shared recently that I have started using motion. It's not. Sponsored or anything, it's called use motion and it is an AI calendar tool that actually will schedule all of my tasks into my open calendar and then it will move things around if I don't get them done and if I tell it's high priority it'll come and remind me and my brain needs all of that and I'm getting so much more done but what I realized at first was when I was putting those tasks on and I looked at my calendar and it was just full of all these tasks Some of them I didn't even need to be doing. Okay. Your energy is finite. It is spending time. It's when you are spending time, right? On low impact tasks. This leaves less room for creativity and for growth. And I can guarantee that your business will still move forward without probably half of the tasks that you engage in because it's what you think you need to be doing. So I want you to make a list of all of your regular tasks and highlight the ones that drain you and then decide whether you eliminate, whether you automate, or whether you delegate those tasks. That is your action step for number 4. We are halfway through. How are you going so far? Is this like something that you've done regularly? Is this something that you're like, Oh my gosh, I haven't cleansed my email list in years. Number five is refreshing your energy system. So your nervous system is the foundation of your business. And I know you hear me say this over and over again. And when it is overwhelmed, everything feels harder. Everything. So aligning your energy is the most transformative way to create flow in your business because a regulated nervous system allows you to respond to challenges with clarity, with grace it allows you to make it makes you magnetic. And it makes you align to opportunities. So I want you to think about how are you going to cleanse your energy and what practices can you actually implement into your day to day life to take into 2025? Because yes, you might be like, it's all right. I'm going to take a Christmas break. And I've been hanging out for this. And this is your time to down regulate and this is your time to if that is not a sustainable thing, then it is not going to take long before those automatic patterns of dysregulation come back in. So I want you to look at what daily practices can you commit to. Is it EFT tapping? Is it breath work? Is it grounding exercises? Is it regular movement? Or I would recommend having some kind of mind body energy practice. Let me know. Body movement, mind could be tapping, could be meditation energetic tapping, breath, work, meditation look, just, I recommend having a multitude of practices. That serve mind, body, spirit every single day. So that is your action task there. Now, number 6. Number 6 is for you to go and unfollow comparison triggers. You have heard it before. I know Melissa Ambrosini says it in her book Mustering Your Inner Mean Girl. Comparison is the thief of joy. So following accounts that trigger self doubt, that trigger imposter syndrome, that do not serve you and your highest good. It needs to stop. It is okay to not follow. I followed an account. Gosh, it must have been last year, the year before. I was following this woman and I thought she was amazing until she actually started posting, Negative opinions about people who did work like what I do. And I was so triggered. I was like, Oh my gosh so, triggered by that. It was so important for me to recognize that and to actually just unfollow her. Just unfollow her. Because what you consume influences your subconscious. So when you unfollow triggers, you protect your energy and you focus on your unique path. So your task with this is to identify accounts or content that leaves you feeling less than and unfollow it. Even if it's temporary, unfollow it. Because you do not need to bring that energy in with you in 2025 or now. You don't need it now. Now, the seventh step is to reconnect with your vision. Your vision is your guiding star, and I'm willing to bet that your vision has been I am willing to bet that your future self has changed, that your next leadership edge has changed and as the year ends, it is so vital to ensure that everything in your business aligns with where you're headed. A clear vision creates focus, it creates intention, ensuring that your efforts are aligned with your long term goals is essential, especially if you have grown throughout the year and therefore your goals have grown as well and they have changed and maybe your vision has shifted as well. I want you to journal on your vision for 2025. Okay. Ask yourself, what do I want to achieve? How do I want to feel? And who do I want to be? So the final thing that is on my checklist is actually, I've got a bonus one. It's just come into my head. Okay. We'll do this one and then I'll do the bonus. The second final thing is to celebrate and reflect. Number eight is to celebrate and reflect. It is easy to focus on, what is next without acknowledging how far you have come. We had a whole clear and renew call yesterday in my mastermind where that is exactly what we did. We focused on the wins, on the challenges, on the lessons from those challenges. If we have are in a space where we can see those now we focused on what is not coming forward with us, what we are celebrating, highlights. We brought all of that into our awareness and the fact that these women allowed themselves to do this reflection had this really profound shift when they then connected into. Who are they going to be moving into 2025? So celebrating your wins, whether they be big or small reinforces a success mindset. It builds momentum for your future. It is something that is too easy to skip over. Oh, I don't have time to reflect. I don't have time to go back and see what worked and what didn't work. Do not skip this part. I guarantee you the most successful entrepreneurs do not skip this part. It is so crucial. So I want you to write down three wins from this year and the lessons that they have taught you and three challenges from this year. And the lessons that they have taught you. And then I want you to write a gratitude list of every single person who has supported you this year. And then I want you to go and tell them, I want you to actually go into their DMS, ring them, text them and say, thank you. Okay. That is your action task. Now, the other thing that I just thought of that just dropped in, that I will also be doing is cleansing my physical space in my workspace. So I'm going to I don't know if you're like me, but you accumulate all these notebooks, you accumulate pizza paper, you accumulate all these different things. And for me I don't cleanse it enough. I do not get rid of these things enough and it starts to feel cluttered. I would highly recommend also doing a physical declutter of your workspace, a declutter of your computer as well. So are we emptying files? Are we deleting old zoom meetings that we don't need just doing a declutter of all of that actual physical workspace that you have? Because that is going to create such a clean energy for you moving forward, because that clutter I can guarantee, and I feel it myself, that clutter is weighing your mind down as much as the 10, 000 Zoom calls are weighing your computer down. So you definitely want to be doing a cleanse. So as you move through this checklist, remember that you can come into my DMS, you can DM me action tasks, and you will get sent through the actual list of action tasks. So you can go and do these. I want you to remember that this process is not about perfection. It is about intention. Okay. So by cleansing your business and cleansing your energy, you are creating a space for the woman that you are becoming and for the success that you are building.
