You can journal about abundance. You can create beautiful offers and put your heart and soul into your work and still be freezing. When it is time to name your price. Tell me if this is you. You are hesitating. You are over explaining. You hear yourself shrinking in the dms. You tell yourself that your audiences can't afford it, and you are questioning whether or not you are actually ready to charge high ticket offers, even though there is this deep desire within you to be raising your prices and creating these beautiful high ticket experiences. Here is the truth about undercharging. You are not doing this because of the strategy that you have behind your business. You are undercharging because your body doesn't feel safe holding more. This is why my Energies of Success framework is so powerful because we are not just looking at leverage strategy for your business, which your offer does need, but we are also looking at what needs to be cleared and what needs to be aligned in order for you to be able to make that strategy work. And to hold more in your life and in your business. And until this shifts, there is no amount of mindset work that is gonna fix it. So this episode today is not just about pricing, it is actually about power and it is about congruence, and it is about what happens when your nervous system is still outsourcing your worth to someone else's. Yes, I know that feeling. Gosh, I know that feeling. I shared a little bit of my story back in the last episode around why these next few weeks are so important to coaches, healers, service-based businesses. We want to give and we want to impact and we want to serve, but we also deserve to be paid for that because if you are not making money in your business, then you have a very expensive hobby and maybe you like it that way. But for the woman who really wants to start charging higher ticket and creating high ticket experiences, what I'm sharing with you over the next couple of weeks, and also what I am teaching deeply in the Ascension Academy, which by the way, the wait list is open. And today as we dive into yet another layer of why amazing women like you are not charging appropriately for their services. This is the episode that I wish that I had years ago when I couldn't figure out, and this is before I joined a mastermind, before I literally had this mirror held up to me. This very confronting mirror held up to me. And I couldn't figure out why I kept undercharging even when I was getting results and we talked about imposter syndrome last week we talked about not feeling qualified enough last week. So if you need to go back and take a listen, even when I had clients literally raving, referring, even when I knew better and I understood pricing psychology, even when I had all of those pieces, I was still undercharging. So this conversation will help you to understand the nervous system route behind charging, to break free from hidden beliefs that are keeping your prices low, and to really shift into this clean, confident pricing without performance, without panic, without people pleasing. So let's get into this conversation because as I said at the beginning, this is not just about your pricing strategy. And here is what a lot of people will not say out loud to you. You can have the most beautifully structured offer in the world. You could deliver the most luxurious high ticket experience, but if your body is still associating money with danger, success, with danger, then you are going to sabotage your own success. This is what I see every day inside of my coaching containers. I have lived this deeply. This is why we are going deep, deep into this work inside of the Ascension Academy, which is very specifically created for the woman who wants to really elevate her visibility, her self trust, her emotional resilience, and create and lead a beautifully aligned high ticket offer. So what I see every day is that women are delivering deeply transformative work. They're getting results. They're desiring to charge more, to go into more high ticket pricing, maybe for their groups, maybe for their one-on-ones, maybe for both, but they're still defaulting to this low ticket prices. And I'm not saying, by the way, as I move into this, that there is anything wrong with low ticket prices because you can have a very successful business model on low ticket pricing. But what I am saying though is that even in your low ticket, I can almost guarantee that you are undercharging and over delivering. So that's your default. We are going into low ticket pricing. We are overdelivering because there is an emotional imprint that says if I charge more, they'll leave. If I receive more, I have to give more. You ever been there? I'll put my prices up, but I'll just add on all of these extra things. No, I spoke last week about how some people actually value a shorter, sharper transformation. And if someone says no, it must mean that you asked for too much. And if you raise your rates, you'll be alone. These are all emotional imprints, okay? This is not just a money mindset issue. We're not gonna affirmation our way out of this. It is a nervous system pattern of emotional survival, and until that pattern is addressed, you will keep discounting your magic just so that you feel safe. So we are going to look at now five unconscious blocks that are keeping you undercharging, and we're gonna name them really clearly, and I want you to feel safe and really radical. Take radical responsibility. We had a whole clear and renew session in my mastermind just the other day on radical responsibility because this clarity and this responsibility and this ownership, this is how we take our power back. So the first thing. You are still trying to earn your enoughness. You are trying, you are tying, sorry, your pricing to how ready you feel inside instead of the transformation that you deliver and signs that you're doing this, is that maybe that you are over delivering this to justify your rates. And what I mean by that is you are giving more and more because you are charging more. Which by the way, is actually more likely to overwhelm somebody than it is to get them the transformation. Maybe not everybody. Maybe if, someone's got a brain like mine, a hundred percent, you, maybe you are adding more features instead of raising the prices. Or maybe you're saying, once I finish that next course, once I've overcome this thing, then I'll raise my price. Once I've got that next qualification, we spoke about this last week, so you fear rejection more than you want revenue, and this is our second unconscious block. When your worth is tied to someone else's. Yes. Charging more feels emotionally risky. And I know your brain is saying, I need to replace my full-time income. You've probably put time limits on how long you have to actually grow your business, which by the way, we need to talk if you're doing that. Come into the Ascension Academy, you gonna rebuild this from the inside out. You, maybe you're panicking before quoting your price. Maybe you're downplaying the cost before they even ask. Or maybe it's one single no is derailing your whole confidence. So even though you are telling yourself that you want this revenue. The fear and the meaning that you have attached to the rejection that is survival and survival. Keeping you safe, keeping you seemingly alive is going to out win your desire for abundance any day. If your brain believes that you are under imminent threat, which you've associated with being rejected. So the third subconscious block is that your price, you are projecting, sorry, your scarcity onto your audience. And we did talk a little bit about this last week, and I have a whole episode coming on this because I cannot tell you how many times someone has said, I don't think my audience can afford it. I don't think my audience can afford it, but really. It's you who doesn't feel safe being too much, and so signs that you are doing this is that you're pricing for the people that you think need it. Now, be very careful in this need space. Because this is where we get to what we spoke about last week where we are trying to help everybody who essentially, actually don't want to be helped. Just because they need it doesn't mean they want, it, doesn't mean they are willing and prepared to do the work, to get the transformation. And you need to be okay with being prepared to charge for the person who wants the transformation. So maybe you are hesitating to market yourself consistently, and that comes into our visibility. It comes into our self trust. Maybe you're feeling resentment. Why? Why am I even charging people? Even when people buy, maybe you're feeling this resentment and the fourth subconscious block. Is that you haven't defined the true value of your transformation. Are you seeing some common blocks from last week? If you don't know why your offer is worth more, your system will shrink, and so you are unclear on what your clients actually walk away with. Instead, you are overpacking your offer just to prove its value, and you're struggling to explain your results without overloading people or seeing their eyes glaze over. And the fifth unconscious block is that your nervous system still associates money with shame or stress. And by the way, if this is you can go and get access straight away to She Holds Wealth. Oh gosh, I see this happen all the time, but you haven't sold it yet and you've literally built out every single little detail before you've even had. You've recorded every lesson. And you've not even had someone come through to get the feedback to see if it meets their needs or not. If you work in my world we always recommend selling and then creating, a outline, getting your onboarding ready, doing maybe the first module if it's not drip, or leaving some space a week or two weeks between selling close cart and starting. But we don't go and create the whole course and then never sell it. So maybe you're avoiding launching in its entirety, or maybe you're pricing based on what feels safe instead of what feels aligned. Or maybe you're feeling unworthy of big money without big effort. Just let that land for a minute, because I know some of you are going, yeah, okay, that's me. This is still a conversation that I have. So often big money has to equal big effort. Does it? Who told you that? Where'd that come from? And your brain goes, yeah, it does. Yes it does. Okay let's recognize that's a belief and that can change The truth is that your pricing doesn't just reflect your strategy. It also reflects your energetic baseline. So if your body still believes that receiving is dangerous and that your enoughness, is that a word enoughness? It is. Today. Your enoughness is conditional. That money equals rejection. That rejection equals death, essentially. Then you will build a business that feels like pressure. Even when it's profitable and when you come into the Ascension Academy, we are not just doing pricing, we are doing power.
