you don't need to burn it all down, but you do need to stop building on strategies that weren't made for you. The 160 K that I have spent probably more now in these investments in my business and my learning, they did not fail me. In fact, I do not regret a single bit of it, but it also didn't save me. And I'll tell you why, because I was looking for a blueprint. I was looking to come in and have someone go, here you go, take this run. Bam. Now you have a successful business, even though you're brand new and you've got an email list of 47 people and you can't charge more than$50 a session. What I needed was not the blueprint. I needed the mirror. So I'm gonna share with you today some lessons that I have taken away. The key lessons that I have taken away from. Over a hundred thousand dollars spent on mentorship, world class mentorship over the last couple of years so that you can learn these lessons now. Welcome back to Resourced. This is a space where we hold the human, behind the business and the nervous system behind the strategy. If we have not met yet, my name is Jessica. I am an intuitive business mentor, a subconscious re programmer. And the creator of the Energies of Success. And today, I am not here to preach from the mountaintops of hindsight. I am here to hand you the truths that I wish someone could have handed to me before. I spent over$160,000 trying to fix a business that wasn't broken. It was just built from fear, not from aligned foundations. So let's get straight into these truths. I know this is gonna land with some of you. The very first thing is that if your nervous system is in survival, your strategy won't stick. And I don't care what anybody tells you otherwise. This is what I know to be true, not only from my experience, but from my work, from all of my training, from all of my qualifications. This is true. I used to think that my inconsistency was a discipline problem. In fact, I used to feel a lot of shame around the fact that I was not disciplined. Really, it was a dysregulation problem, and every time I'd invest in a strategy, I'd panic, trying to implement it, and I'd freeze halfway through a launch or I'd ghost my audience after posting. And this wasn't, honestly, it wasn't because I didn't know what to do. I did. I always had a plan. I'm actually really good at strategy, which is something it took me a long time to actually own. What I didn't have though, was a body that felt safe doing it, or an identity that felt like I could actually hold it. That's why in the energies of success, we don't just have, this is my signature framework. We don't just work with the strategy. That leverage strategy is one piece. But the clear, the internal work, the beliefs, the debris, the emotional clutter, and then the align, which is bringing it all into alignment with your nervous system. State, your season of life, your human design, and astrology. If you choose to your skills, everything needs to come into peace for a successful, sustainable business because the strategy is only gonna work when your system feels safe enough to sustain it. Your nervous system is the foundation, and without it, you are stacking success on survival. So if you are wondering why you can't stay consistent, or you've got stories about how you are undisciplined or flaky, maybe your body is actually still just bracing for impact. Which brings me to my second, my second lesson. That is that your business will not outgrow your identity. And I don't know how many times you've heard me say this, this forms, this is like a, like it's a scripture statement of my business. This is something you hear me say over and over again. This one can also sting a little, but it can also be the portal to your power when you deeply understand this. I wanted the 50 K months. I wanted the fully booked calendar. I wanted the brand authority. I still saw myself as the woman who had to earn the right to lead. And even just the other day, I caught myself as I was journaling something. I have a, a daily wealth practice that is deeply aligned to the goals that I have set for this quarter. And as I was journaling something out, I started writing because I've worked hard for this and I went, oh my goodness me, there's something old that's come up. I worked hard for this as I wrote in that I was still sitting in that energy that I had to earn, like prove and do more. And so that was really great awareness, particularly as we know that things still come up. But at the point in time where I was really trying to build and I was really in this space of frustration that I wasn't where I wanted to be. I was nowhere near that level of awareness. That was just my truth. I was still building from that identity of the victim, which meant that every win that I had had to come through hustle. It had to come from doing more. It had to come from these outdated beliefs and outdated ident identities of proving my worth, of proving my value, of proving that I was smart enough that identity. I'll tell you something about that identity. That identity was completely incompatible with ease, with clean pricing, with receiving, without over explaining. So what I've deeply, deeply learned is a scaling does not just require systems. It requires a self-concept expansion. You don't just evolve your marketing, you evolve your internal mirror. That moment that your internal identity doesn't match your external strategy. That moment is when your sabotage will creep in, when your launch will flop, when you'll become unwell, when you will reach your ascension symptoms and they will take you out. That's when the success starts to feel unsustainable, sustainable. So the third lesson that I'd like to share with you guys today. Is that if your business model does not match your energy, it will drain you. When I first started my business, I paid$20,000 to join a mastermind before I was making any money, and I stepped into this space in this incredible room, this really high level space. Where women were doing the most amazing things, and suddenly I had access to all of this amazing, incredible strategy, some trainings from absolute industry icons, and I thought, great. They're going to give me the strategy and I'm gonna go off and I'm just gonna have this instantly successful business. This is what took me probably the better part of 12 months to deeply understand. You can be in the right room, still be operating from the wrong internal framework. I didn't need templates at that point. What I needed was a translation of who I was energetically, strategically, and soulfully. And luckily I got that from that container too. And I needed this to then transform into a business model that matched. That was my next year of learning. I. That as I was trying to build business models that looked like versions of success of people that I saw online, versions of success of people that I, I thought I wanted the same success as, but actually my offer models the way that I was structuring my business, the whole offer ecosystem, it was completely out of alignment. With who I was, with the season of life that I was in, with the energy that I had with my human design, with my astrology, it was completely out of alignment for me. That is what I teach Now, not find your niche and scale fast, but what is your energy made for? What seasons and cycles does your nervous system move through? How does your astrology or your human design, or any other personality tools that you choose to, uh, engage with your lived experiences, your skillset, who you uniquely are, how does this inform your magnetism, your momentum, your decision making? Because I deeply believe, and I believe this after experiencing the opposite. I believe this after, again, building a business model around something that was completely misaligned with how I best deliver, how I best communicate, how much time and energy and effort I had to give. Because your strategy should be built around you, not the other way around. And that's a mistake that we make when we handed something. I think that's why the biggest lesson that I've really got here is, thank goodness I was never actually just handed something. So what I really, really want you to hear as we close out this episode is that maybe you have been building your business from a blueprint that doesn't fit your nervous system or your identity, or your unique energetic makeup. And when your strategy is built from you, rather than on top of you, everything is gonna click. Your offers are gonna convert. Your pricing lands. You stop questioning every move and trust your own rhythm. And that is the difference between HU and hustling to the health of your nervous system.
