You are showing up, you are launching, you are posting, you are delivering your office and working with clients, but inside of your body, it feels like you are forcing something that doesn't actually fit anymore. And I understand these moments deeply. I have been there, I have been there recently. And you feel like you're lost. You feel like you're unmotivated, and then you start to have these stories come in your head, I'm lazy. I'm not gonna be able to be successful. Maybe I shouldn't be doing this. But the thing is, is that what I see for most women in this situation is that you have actually just evolved and your business, it hasn't caught up yet. Welcome back to Resource if we have not met. And today's episode is gonna meet you in that quiet space that you have been circling around, wondering why strategy starts to feel flat when your identity isn't actually integrated. We are gonna talk about the real cost of staying loyal to outdated beliefs and outdated business models, and I'm gonna share with you four signs that you are due for an identity recalibration before your next big move. Now the kind of work that I am talking about today is what we do weekly inside of my mastermind. These come down to my core pillars. Everything that I run my whole business through, clear, align, and leverage. I call these the energetics of success. It is essential to rewire your identity so that your strategy actually lands because it won't land if your self is fragmented. Okay. You can have a flawless funnel. You can have really strong messaging and you can still feel like nothing is moving. In that case, it is not a strategy problem. It is an identity disconnect because you have evolved, okay? You haven't fallen behind. Get that out of your head. You have evolved and it's actually that your business hasn't yet evolved with you. I know I have myself, I've lived through launches that have felt. Like they should have had the perfect outcome. I had an amazing launch plan, and then they just fell energetically flat. But once I was able to dive beyond down through the analytics and then down through my energy and through the beliefs that I brought into my launch, because by the way, when you're doing a launch debrief, yes, we wanna see all of the data, but we also wanna see who you were showing up as and how you were showing up in that. Because when you were showing up as an outdated version of yourself, like I was showing up as this outdated version of me, one who was kind of just going through the motions, mimicking alignment, going through motions that used to feel magnetic, that actually no longer fit me. It was like I was trying to step into, I don't know, a cubby house that I had outgrown. Picture this tiny, tiny little cubby house out the back. One of those teeny tiny little ones from Bunnings and you're trying to step into it and you're trying to stand up and you can't, you can't stand up. You cannot fully stand up and be yourself in that space because it is too small. You have outgrown it. Technically, it still works, it still shelter, but it no longer holds you in the way that it needs you to. So I want you to take this reframe if this is kind of resonating with where you are right now. Really taking away that you are not actually doing something wrong, but you might be doing it as someone that you no longer are. Okay? This is such important work. The identity, the frequency. When you shift all of that, everything else follows because business models. That a built from survival will keep you in loops. So when you're building from a place of fear, fear of not being enough, fear of not making money, fear of being called out for something, fear of not belonging, fear of of failing, fear of succeeding, then you are gonna create offers and systems that actually reflect those survival states. So you will build a business that runs you. One that rewards overdelivering burning out, one that rewards discounting, just to be liked. You will keep yourself in this space. And again, I, I can say this because I've been there and so have so many of my clients building that business, the one that says yes to everything, the one that matches other people's urgencies, that tries to be all the things to all people. That was a big part of the mindset that I had to shift when I started this business because that is how I ran my last business. That is how I wound up losing$40,000 when I was 25 years old. I won't retell that story today. I know that you've heard it. You can go back and listen to that podcast episode if you wanna have a listen, but that is the kind of mindset, scared that someone would say, no. Scared that someone wouldn't like me. Scared. That, that I wouldn't be successful. All of these fears and these scarcities were making leading my decisions. And then I brought that into this business charging$50 a session when I first started, because I really would've preferred to have said yes to everyone. To have been everything to everyone, to help everyone, to serve everyone. But it wasn't coming from an energy of serving though. And I think that's actually a really big wake up call that, that a lot of heart led, soul led entrepreneurs kind of have. It's like they are telling themselves, I want to help everyone. I wanna serve everyone. I'm doing this. I'm, I'm not gonna niche down. I really need to help everybody. But is that genuinely coming from a place of serving? And I don't mean that you don't have an energy of wanting to serve, but the frequency behind that. And the beliefs behind that. I want you to really question that, really get curious about that because for me, that, that story, I wanna help everyone. I need to help everyone. That actually was fueling a fear of mine, that I wouldn't be good enough, that I wouldn't be liked, that people would see me as a fraud. Like all of these different things. It was fueling, it was just putting more and more and more sticks on that fire and it was getting bigger and bigger and bigger. So my energy of serving now is, is so it leads the charge because I know that I am serving people who actually want and are ready to receive being served. It's a very different space. So eventually you will wake up and you will realize, hey, this strategy is working. Yes. But it's actually costing you more than what it's paying you. So if your business was built from urgency, it's going to keep asking you to run on urgency. Okay? This is the kind of quiet rebuild that we do inside of my mastermind. We don't burn it all to the ground. We gently redesign your model from a resourced identity, not a reactive one. Because it is the identity that holds the frequency, not the funnel. The strategy will only ever amplify what is already there. I want you to really take that in. The strategy will only ever amplify what is already there. So if your energy is fragmented, if you are posting through doubt, if you are launching through depletion. And remember, self-doubt is completely normal. Every single person has elements of self-doubt a hundred percent. But it, it's what you then do with that and how you let it run the show that will then determine whether or not these things are successful for you or not. Because we can have self-doubt pop in and we can course correct it and go, actually no, this is what I'm choosing to believe and this is what I'm choosing to do anyway. But what often happens is that self-doubt will come in and that will actually stop us from taking action. Yeah, that's when it is leading. That's when the survival energies are leading the charge. If we are launching through depletion, if we are showing up from a lens and an energy of proving, then your people are gonna feel that. And so when you're going through this, you think, I just need to post more. People aren't hearing me. People aren't seeing me. I really, really invite you to use this as a mirror because I really believe that in these moments, you need truer alignment. Every offer, every post, it all starts, every plan. It all starts with one core question, who am I being as I build this? Because people aren't responding to your content. They are waiting for you to show up in your content. So I want you to think about where you are building your business from now. Does it reflect the internal work that you have done? Does it reflect the person that you know that you are now? Or is your business model or your office is the way that you are marketing? Is all of that out of alignment with who you really are with the identity that that you have grown into? Or are you trying to implement a strategy that actually requires internal work for you to be able to stretch into that? Do you hold the beliefs necessary to actually hold what it is that you are calling in? Because your body will know when you're pretending you can't fake that kind of presence, you might be able to trick your mind into pushing through. You might be able to convince yourself that you're fine, but your body know. And it knows when you are showing up out of fear, it knows when you are chasing a goal because you think you should, and I don't mean showing up through fear, okay? I don't mean that because that's how we grow. That's how we come out through that comfort space. I know for me that's as the only way through panic disorder is to actually show up through that fear. Okay? That exposure therapy, it's a whole, it's a whole podcast episode on its own. But I mean, when you are showing up out of fear, I need to do this launch because I'm really scared I'm not gonna be able to pay my bills next week. You know it. It's that kind of scarcity. I need to have this conversation because I'm scared that I'm gonna have no one in this container. What if this person says, like, coming from that space of fear when you're tasting those goals because they are your shoulds when you are saying yes, when you are actually contracting inside. That tension. Your audience will feel that too. They actually will. So what if this isn't actually about pushing through, but catching up to the woman that you've already become? I had a private session with someone the other day, and she has been a leader for 20 years. She has successful businesses, multiple successful businesses, and inside she's absolutely spiraling. And she has done so much personal work, so much self-development. And she said, when do I get to stop? Like when? When is it going to be that it is enough? When have I done enough? And I said to her, you can actually stop at any time. You can stop at any time, but you're not going to. And the reason why you are not going to is because you value growth. You don't have to keep working on yourself. You can accept how you feel even if it is miserable and continue to live like that. But people like you and I, we embody growth. Doesn't mean we have to be perfect. I think there's some really, really hard times this year, but. I am. I am holding myself through it. I'm getting support through it. I am facing the deeply scary and uncomfortable things, and this woman was the same. I said, the growth will stop if you want it to stop, but I don't think you do. She's embodying growth. She's embodying the growth that she asks her clients to do with her. So you see that this catching up to the woman that you've already become, it is so powerful. It really, truly is so powerful, and this is where a diagnostic call for you, my special offer to you as a listener, becomes really powerful as well.
