After years of testing prototypes in Silicon Valley swimming pools, Endiatx has miniaturised drone technology down to pill size. The result? An investigational swallowable robot that might someday replace the £2,000 endoscopy and bring advanced diagnostics to anyone, anywhere - from London flats to rural clinics in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The craziest part? Torrey has personally swallowed 86 of these robots. And in this episode, he swallows two more - casually chatting as they explore his body like tiny submarines in honey.

PillBot is not yet FDA-cleared and is currently undergoing various testing in preparation for submitting an application for marketing clearance with the FDA. The Endiatx team is actively preparing for formal clinical studies to assess safety, efficacy, and usability, with the goal of reaching the market within 1–2 years.
