SPEAKER_01Uh sure.
SPEAKER_00What makes Uberware different from other channels?
SPEAKER_01So for us, it's really about to tell the story of hope and inspiration rather than some news are baked on fear and anxiety.
SPEAKER_00What's one thing you never skip in your daily routine?
SPEAKER_01It's very important to quiet my mind every day. Either I do meditation, sound bath, or simply walking inside of the swimming pool. And I think it's very important to keep a critical thinking in the time of information overload.
SPEAKER_00What's the weirdest longevity tip you've tried?
SPEAKER_01Weirdest. Weirdest tip. That is a very good question. Ask me again later. I will think about it.
SPEAKER_00Do you have a favorite brain food?
SPEAKER_01I really like a rischi, so it's a form of the mushrooms, and I drink it as a powder, and I feel mushrooms you know behold a lot of interesting stuff, and it definitely gives me some clarity in my mind.
SPEAKER_00Do you mind if I ask what's that on your arm?
SPEAKER_01On my arm? Oh, you mean this? It's CGM, continuous glucose monitor. CGM gave you an insight of how your body reacts to different food. I think it's important to go from a preventative healthcare perspective.
SPEAKER_00You recently released the Spring Edition magazine. Why did you make a magazine in the digital world?
SPEAKER_01I'm not really expecting to do a magazine at all, and it was a crazy amount of work, but it just happened under that moment. And after we actually launched our first team aware magazine, we got such overwhelmingly good comments, and people clearly want it and need it, and so we carry on with our second issue. Our goal is to curate the world and to tell you where is a great place to find your health and lifestyle inspirations. Shall we work outside for some fresh air?
SPEAKER_00What's the best biohack you've discovered since starting the channel?
SPEAKER_01For us, or for me, we have experienced so many things in person, and the one I feel most interesting is actually about brain training and to master your mind. And there has technologies to help you to understand your brain inside out as a neurosurcus. Those are my favorite things to do.
SPEAKER_00What's one book that's changed how you think about health?
SPEAKER_01It's hard to say it's one book, but I think in all the human wear series, from the podcast to the interview, uh, it's actually slowly changed me because I believe you need to emerge into a right proximity, and then that will reinforce and trigger on notch the great change in your life.
SPEAKER_00You travel the world finding the best longevity secrets. What's your favorite place you filmed so far?
SPEAKER_01I really enjoy Sedona, like the red rocks, and I think the red rocks relax me. Because of my color profile, please look at the episode with the physio David because it was mind-blowing when I first saw that.
SPEAKER_00Two minutes.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00What's the creative process behind your videos?
SPEAKER_01So I'm actually quite proud to say that we are a team of obsessed people that we really care about the details. Every episode is a new beginning and we will structure the story all around that topic. We are quite exciting about the process of creation. Okay, guys, I need to leave you here because I need to get changed for the next one. Bye.
