Welcome to the Figuring Sh!t Out Podcast! Every single day, all of us are just trying to live and get through life. Every day we're learning, growing, and evolving (hopefully, lol) into better people! So, come on this journey with me as I just talk my shit about the every day things that we all experience and go through and give my opinion about it all! I in no way claim to be an expert in any field. I'm not a doctor, a psychiatrist, self-help guru. I'm just a 30 something woman who's living life the best way I can and just trying to figure it all out! I hope my perspective can be a new one that someone can relate!

Perception
Perception is key. However, it is not the "Gospel." Understanding that every one's perception is different, while also maintaining the respect of someone else's perspective and perception of something. Someone's perception is their reality, and it's important to acknowledge that, while still also recognizing your own.
