Well, hello, you glitter covered alien. In today's episode, let's start it off in Miami. We're on the beach front. You and I are kicking back, and we're having a little mastermind session today. And today I'm going to share with you something really important. As here, take this topo, Chico. Let me open that up for you. So, and watch out for the seagulls. Okay, so today's episode, I'm gonna help you to really understand an aspect of online business that's going to open the floodgates for your profits. Like nothing you've ever experienced. Okay. That's a tall order, but I mean it with every cell in my body. If you really get today's episode, if you really understand this and really embody it and integrate it, I promise you this will work for you. I want you to not believe a word I say. I want you to try this out, okay? So I'm gonna summarize the whole thing with one sentence, and then we're gonna go forward. I'm gonna give you some practical how-tos and some stories and some illustrations. It's gonna be such a rich episode. So, the one sentence I'm gonna give you is to stop creating and stop operating your online business with the desire to make money. Okay, there's nothing wrong with that desire, but that's the sentence I'm gonna offer. Okay. Stop doing all this for the money. That sounds crazy coming from the Deep Riches podcast host, Brenda Lee Turner, who is here to get to help you to get rich inside and out. But uncouple money from the whole process. You're gonna be doing this, just experiment with this, as if you've already got$10 million in your bank account, as if you've already got 500,000 subscribers, as if you've already got all the things that you're aiming for right now. When people come to online business, there's a whole lot of targets they're hoping to hit. And those targets are fine. They're really important. It's important to have some profit targets and some metric targets and all that stuff. But I'm saying put all of that shit aside just for right now. I want you to, here's a box. I'm we're on the beach still. I put a box between you and I. I want you to put all the things that you are putting off in the horizon point, all the things that you're reaching for. I want you to keep reaching for them, but for to write this second, I want you to put them in a box, okay? And right this second, right now, please play along with me. You already have 10 million in the bank. Your online business is already getting you way more customers than you ever thought possible. You're already there. You already have the subscribers, your videos are getting tens of thousands or maybe hundreds of thousands of views of video or whatever. Now, let me snap my fingers. You're in that place. Now, with that in mind, I want you to really, really, truly take a moment with me here now. I'm gonna ask you a question, and I want you to not try to think your way into the answer. I want you to really open your heart and let your soul answer. What does your business look like now? What kind of content are you creating now? What are you doing with your day now? What kind of stuff are you talking about on your channel now? What's your quote unquote content strategy now? What does your body of work look like now that you already have the 10 million in there? You already have the million subscribers, you already have the success, you already have the wealth, you already have the platform, you already have the notoriety. What does your content look like now? If another way I'm gonna put this, if you had nothing to lose and you couldn't fail because you've already arrived, what would your stuff look like now? If you didn't care about what anyone thought about what you're gonna say, what would your stuff look like now? What would your products look like now? What would your offerings look like now? This is a hair's breadth shift for some people. But a lot of the times what's coming to mind is there's like those optical illusions where there's like a shadow on the picture and the two women maybe kissing or the two people kissing, and then there's like the outer part where it's white, and then there's the black image, and the and it's like, do you see the women, the two faces kissing, or do you see two faces or whatever? And I'm saying, we're looking at the same thing, we're looking at online business, we're looking at your life's work. But what I'm offering here is if you come to your life's work with a sense of quote unquote overflow, if you strip that word by the way, overflow away from let's strip it of all the baggage that has been put on by the new age community where they're the manifestation coaches and all that stuff, they've used that term overflow in these obscure, flowery ways. I'm talking about in a real practical, tangible way, and I'm gonna illustrate this for you in a second and show you how to do this. But if you come from a sense of overflow, you really bring a sense of overflow to your content, to your offerings, to your business, a sense of overflow. As if there's nothing you are gonna get from the from the world at large with your business. It's gonna be you giving a lot of stuff. You already have the$10 million, so you don't need anything. You're just completely gonna be giving, giving, giving, giving, giving. You're also gonna be the cool kid because you don't need anything. Do you see what I mean? So let me just tell you a quick story about how this worked for me. When I was a personal trainer, I was in poverty consciousness. I was in lack consciousness. Up until basically when I started my online business, I was operating with my life's work, whatever my work was, from a place of poverty and lack consciousness. Now, the cool thing about what I'm doing here is most of the people who listen to this podcast, you've already surpassed the six-figure mark. Most of the people who listen to this, you don't have a poverty consciousness when it comes to your life's work. Okay. Most of the people who listen to me either have clients in real life, they have a business in real life, they already are established in their work, they they know what they're doing, they're on track. But when it comes to online business, this is so important to me. This has become so apparent to me. Poverty consciousness has become the default mode of online business. Most business teachers and coaches are talking about all of this stuff, and and they're encouraging people to approach online business from a space of poverty and lack consciousness. That's like the go-to vibration with online business. Poverty and lack consciousness. I know this is sounding like new age woo-woo stuff right now. I actually don't even like those terms poverty and lack consciousness all that much. But if I could use those words and that phrase in the most adequate way I possibly can, it's with regards to online business and the way that it's taught out in these streets. So what I wanted to share with that quick little story about, and the quick little story I'm in the middle of right now, is when I was a personal trainer, I was in poverty, lack consciousness, meaning my life's work was my source of money. And I loved my personal training job. I really wanted to help women to transform their bodies, minds, and spirits. That's a huge part of my, you know, my family history is all riddled with diabetes and heart disease and obesity. And I really wanted to change that for other people. However, the way that I saw work and my life's work was I need it to pay the bills. I need it to put food on the table. And so that energy, the way that I was operating with it, it really didn't serve me when it came to my income, when it came to my revenue, because I was approaching the whole thing with, please buy this. You know, when I would have a consult session with my customers, it would be like, please buy this. And I'd have to do the whole sales thing. And the sales thing was coming from a lack of uh, you know, belief in my ability to quote unquote sell. And I also hated the sales process. And so the whole thing, I was just felt so yucky about the sales process. And so I wasn't really making all that much money as a personal trainer. Truth be told, most personal trainers are broke. Okay. But here's the shift. Here's the shift. When I started doing online business, one of the greatest gifts I've ever been given was the fact that I saw the patterns. I have really good pattern recognition. I saw the patterns of online business. I saw the potential that I had within myself. I saw that I could actually really flourish with my online business. And I also saw this was a really great place for me to really be an uh evangelist for health and fitness. Okay, so I wasn't just looking to make a lot of money with my online business. One of the primary reasons that I was wanting to do my online business was because I was super passionate about helping women to not be obese, to not suffer with diabetes, to not go into a gym and feel like they didn't belong there. I was so passionate about those things, really. In my personal training job, it was great working with customers one-on-one, but I really didn't feel like I was getting my life's work out there. I really didn't feel like I was putting a dent in like my heart and soul. I really wanted to create a big impact and I wanted to create like a movement, you know? And so when I got on the internet, I was more coming from a place of overflow. I didn't even realize it at the time, but I realize it now when I'm seeing over the past couple decades the way that people are approaching online business, they're coming from that same place of lack that I used to come from when I was a personal trainer. So there's all kinds of beautiful business owners listening to this podcast. And you are in a sense of overflow when it comes to your customers in real life. It's kind of the opposite for most or many of the people who come to me. Many of the people who come to me, they've already surpassed the six-figure mark offline. And maybe even to a certain degree online, you've had a little bit of success, but you're not in that space of overflow because you're perhaps following the trends of online business, which are 99% of the business advice out there, it's coming from a space of lack and poverty consciousness. I'll show you exactly what I mean by this. So, for example, when I when I started my online business, I was really thinking about okay, what would the videos be that if a woman watched them would actually transform her health? That was what I kind of took the whole first 10 videos on my grid. Was okay, what are the videos that will pack the biggest punch? And I was like, well, let me put the meal preps on though there, those are really important. So I started putting these meal preps that people paid me money for in real life. And they were put on YouTube for free. I also wrote my ebook from a space of generosity. I was like, let me just put everything in here. If someone's gonna buy my ebook for whatever amount of money, I want to make sure they get the whole thing. So it was all my personal training and bodybuilding, and I'm a health nut, you know, and I was really into bodybuilding at the time, but I was also very into holistic health and not sacrificing your health and for the sake of looking good. So I put everything I could in that ebook and then I said, pay whatever you want for it, which is bananas. I made it donation-based. So I was putting all these generous videos out there from a space of overflow. I wasn't thinking for a second about the algorithm, couldn't care less about the algorithm. People didn't even use the word algorithm back then, but I didn't really care. I was like, whatever. I know these videos are super helpful. I know that this is the stuff that I would be giving my clients in real life if they paid me money because they were paying me money. I know these workouts that I'm posting on the internet are going to be super duper helpful. So let me just go ahead and post it. Screw the algorithm, who cares? I'm sitting here trying to always make what's really helpful for the viewer, excuse my language, but fuck the algorithm. Okay. Who cares? So if you already have$10 million in the bank, why I'm saying that prompt is because if you already have the$10 million in the bank and you already have all the things, you're not worried so much about quote unquote making it work. You're not playing it safe with your content, you're not trying to do it the quote unquote the right way. You're not worried about any of those things. You're just coming with the heat and posting the super, super, super, super helpful content. Okay. So the space of overflow that I'm offering is do the opposite of what most online businesses are teaching us today. Here's an example. I know this is going to be a hot take, but I think short form content is basically poverty consciousness content. In terms of promoting our business, if you really truly had$10 million in your bank, you wouldn't be scrambling every day, picking trending songs with cortisol coursing through your veins, chasing stories and reels and engagement and posting cold DMs and all the crazy stuff that people are encouraged to do with alg with the algorithm on Instagram. You know, by the way, the only people who make money off of Instagram promotions are those coaches who talk about how to make money off of Instagram. There's other business owners out there who enjoy revenue from, you know, an audience on Instagram, but it is a lifestyle that I don't think most people want to have anything to do with. I personally don't care. You could pay me$10 million a month. I'm not going to be sitting here with my iPhone shoved into my face every single day for hours on end or whatever, posting reels every damn day so that they live and die in 24 hours and keep doing that over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again so that Mark Zuckerberg can zhuzh up his emergency shelter, his emergency shelter in Fiji or whatever, wherever the hell he's putting it. I'm not a monkey here to tap dance for the algorithm because I already have$10 million in my energetic bank, you know? I'm not gonna dumb my work down for the algorithm. I'm not gonna twist myself or contort myself into a person that I'm not. I'm not gonna sit here and try to figure out what quote unquote is gonna work. I know what's gonna work because I'm already, I already have the 10 million in my bank. So I'm just sharing with you the approach that we can take with it to step out of that lack consciousness. When you step out of that lack of consciousness when it comes to promoting your business, do you see how now you're not waiting for people to tell you you're good? You're not waiting for people to start watching your videos before you step like an authority. You're not waiting for the algorithm to prove to you that your work is substantive. You're not waiting for the algorithm to give you a little jackpot so that you can say, cool, let me do more of what the algorithm wants. We actually are the tastemakers here. The algorithm is our servant if and only if you come with the substance. So if you come with really good videos that actually people would pay for that you know in your heart need to be out there, that's another that's another prompt I'm gonna give you. What are the videos you know need to be out there? There are people out there today they're needing to hear what you have to say. All calves need. There were people who needed to learn how to cook healthy food. Nobody ever taught them how to do bodybuilding in a healthy way. Women didn't know how to go to the gym, you know, and rack the weights properly and all that stuff. And for whatever reason, they needed to hear it from my voice. Okay. And there's people who need to hear what you have to say. So, what are the videos that you know need to be out there that aren't out there? What are the videos you wish were out there right now? And you're like, okay, I already have 10 million in the bank. I've already got 500,000 subscribers or whatever, insert your numbers here, whatever numbers kind of set your mind ideas about the whole thing. You can't fail. You're already there. Now, what do you create? From that space, I promise you, your content, your business, your offerings, just all of it, from that space of overflow, you're gonna act so much differently and it's gonna hit so much different. It's gonna, it's gonna sound like you, basically, more or less. It's gonna sound like the stuff that your soul wants to create, not the stuff that the collective would have you contort yourself into creating.
