Well, hello there, you glitter covered alien. In today's bonus episode, we're going to cover a little bit more about our full episode. Our full episode was talking all about how manifestation might not be working for certain people. And for some of us, we're not really meant to just sit and think about things and wait for it to come. There's some lucky people who it works great for. And then there's others who really, our path is meant to be a path of becoming and being and taking massive mediocre action and actually discovering that we have, in fact, these beautiful things called wings. There are proverbial wings, the wings of agency, the wings of being a business owner, the wings of being able to quote unquote manifest through massive mediocre action, being able to sit down and say, I'd like to have a$50,000 month this month, and being able to do it. And so this bonus episode is going to give you five quick tools that are going to help you to quote unquote manifest a lot more money in your life. The first tool that we're going to want to build is to create great offers that people actually want. Creating great offers that people want to buy is an elemental skill in this world that all six and seven-figure business owners are really good at. So if you already happen to be a six-figure business owner and you're ready to reach a new kind of profit level with your business, taking your business online is a really fantastic way to do that. And learning how to put together a six-figure offer for your business is the first and most important skill I think any online business owner should really master. Number two is to get those offers in front of the right people at the right time. This is also known as online marketing. Now, here's the cool thing about YouTube. YouTube is going to take out all of the guesswork. YouTube and also podcasts and also emails, these kind of long-form content situations really help us to get our stuff in front of the right people at the right time, especially YouTube. Because guess what? YouTube is a search engine that works in concert with Google. It also now works in concert with all of those LLMs. So if you create great YouTube videos that help people to solve a problem they need to solve that revolves around your key offering, they're going to find you when they look for their solution in YouTube. This is my primary promotion strategy for the past 16 years, and it's how I hit my first six figures by year two of my online business. This is why I teach a lot about YouTube because not because YouTube is some magic slot machine, but because YouTube is one of the most powerful ways to promote our business to the right people at the right time. Number three is to not try to quote unquote get it right. We don't need to try to get anything right. What we're going to try to do as online business owners who are ready for a massive profit target on a regular basis and consistent revenue streams, consistently profitable online business stuff is no longer trying to quote unquote get this right. You don't need to get your YouTube videos right. You don't need to get your offers right. You don't need to get anything right. There's no getting it right here. There's no getting it right or wrong. We're going to shift out of getting it right. This is a really important stance that we can take that really helps to liberate us from procrastination. So procrastination happens when we're worried about failure, and procrastination happens when we're worried about getting it wrong. And we hold ourselves back a lot in online business when we're trying to quote unquote get it right. This is not uncommon. This is actually really normal. And it's not your fault if you've ever sat down and thought, ooh, how do I do this the right way? How do I do my videos the right way? How do I do my offerings the right way? How do I do my website the right way? There's no right way. Okay. This is a major key. Instead of the right way, the quote unquote right way, we're gonna do it the best way. And the best way is by giving, giving, giving. So don't try to figure out how to get it right. Try to figure out how to give, give, give. Give, give, give, give, give. If you're coming from a space of give, give, give, you cannot get it wrong. Just as an example, if you sit down to create a YouTube video and you think, what would be super helpful today? How can I give, give, give to the hero that is the hero of my channel who is them, the viewer? How can I give my hero the most magnificent experience today and really help them? How can I create an offering that will really give, give, give, give, give a really awesome solution, a really awesome transformation? So do you see how that takes a lot of the pressure off? We're not trying to be quote unquote perfect. We're just trying to show up the best way we can for the viewer, for the customer. And all that means is you're gonna open your toolbox and say, okay, what do I have in my toolbox today? What do I have to offer? What do I have to say? What do I have to talk about in regards to your solution for the people? No getting it right, just doing the best that you can every day to give, give, give, and then moving on the next day. Keep ever onward, always forward. Keep the momentum going, moving ever onward, ever forward. You cannot fail if you take this stance. Did you try to give today? If you did, cool. You you succeeded. You made a little deposit in the in the bank of your prosperity. Number four is to have a meditation practice of any kind. So I'm not saying you necessarily have to sit down every morning for a quiet meditation. Meditation for you might be going to the gym. Your meditation might be getting your beautiful baby, if you have a baby out for a walk, put them in the stroller, and that might be your meditation. Having a quiet walk in nature might be your meditation. Having a cup of coffee in quiet for 10 minutes without closing your eyes and just basically looking off into the backyard, that could be a meditation. What I'm saying is meditation, we we don't need to sit in silence and close our eyes to quote unquote meditate. A meditation is your ability to sit with yourself and watch your mind. This just is about having space. So to really generate a lot of profits and really get a lot more revenue going for your business, that's going to require a lot of space inside your mind. And space isn't something we just take when we're having a quiet moment. Space is actually a habit. So if you can cultivate the habit in the morning of getting that quiet time, doing whatever it is that gets you nice and quiet, you can actually sip on that throughout the day. Even in your busiest moments, you'll have access to that space in your mind. So you can think clearly and show up clearly and be calm when things might be going pear-shaped, because that's part of business too. This helps us to be a calm, collected, powerful business owner. The last tool that we're going to focus on is to fail as often as you possibly can. Fail as often as you possibly can. Failing is a very important part of the process. And why failing is so important is because if we're not failing on a regular basis, that means that we're not really trying enough. We're not trying new things enough. We're not getting ourselves out there enough. And when I say failure, that's with major quotations. Failure is not a bad thing. What I mean is failure in accordance with what your ego would say is a failure. Failure being let's say you post a video and it gets 500 views and you really normally get like 50,000 views. That's awesome. Woo-hoo, time to celebrate. Pop the champagne. The ego says this is a failure. This didn't do very well. And I'm saying pop the champagne because that video that you posted that maybe got half the amount of views you normally get, that means that you tried something different. You learned something, you got some feedback. Pop the champagne, my friend, or the Topo Chico in my case. We want to do these things so that we can continue to get momentum. Every single quote unquote failure in accordance to the ego, every perceived failure by the ego is actually a major victory for your ability to generate massive profits. Every estimated, this is my estimation, every estimated failure by your ego is what I would equate to a$10,000 check in your energetic bank, an ability for you to expand your capabilities, your capacity to do things out of your comfort zone. This is an exercise in this experience of being that we talked about in today's full episode. So fail often. I would like to share with you a recent quote unquote failure of mine. A recent failure of mine. And I'm thinking of this off the cuff, but I fail so often and I'm so used to it over the past 16 years that I'm like, hmm, let me think. There's failures all the time. I'm failing all the time. But a recent failure of mine is a, for instance, I had a couple podcast episodes that didn't do as well as the ego would hope. And that's totally great. I say, no big deal, keep moving. No big deal, keep moving. It's not a failure if a podcast episode doesn't do quote unquote as well as my ego was expecting it to. It's actually a really great bit of information. And it's also a really great testament to the fact that the upload that I, one of the uploads that I did that didn't do very well, the very next podcast episode where I talked about everyone ignored me until I did this. That was one of my all-time top performing podcast episodes. And that top performing podcast episode could not have happened if I didn't give myself the creative space to quote unquote fail on the one before it. This isn't just a series of videos and podcasts we're posting. This is actually an unfolding energetic creative experience. And one piece of content or one product or one service or one customer or one offer, it's not about that one thing. It's not about the one upload. It's not about the one product. It's about the whole. As the flower of your work unfolds, each petal of your work, it's actually building upon this beautiful flower. And you don't know what part each piece has to play, but fail often so that you're building that energetic flower so that you're a better teacher and a better business owner.
