Well, hello, you beautiful eternal being. In today's episode, I wanted to help you to install some really fun, really awesome money machines into your business to help your profits to grow without a bunch of extra work. In fact, the less you do the things that are not working anymore, the more money you're gonna make. And I have this theory that I'm gonna be sharing with you today that has proven correct over the past 16 years of my business. And the theory is this when you install the proper money machines into your online business, you get to enjoy a life of freedom, joy, ease, bliss, and love. And I've got my own way of doing things. And some of the stuff might sound a little bit controversial, a little bit woo-woo, a little bit off the beaten path, but that's kind of the MO here. That's kind of the name of the game at the Deep Riches podcast. So let me start with the little confession. I turned all of my offerings off this year. I know that's bananas. So let me just explain. In Q4 last year, I had a really strong Q4. I had a really strong year last year. And then Q4 was I ended it with a bang. Q4 was really strong. Q1 this year was really strong. That was my strongest quarter of all of my 16 years of online business. And then I decided I wanted to strip my business down to the studs and get rid of, like, I wanted to just start from scratch. There was nothing for you to buy, which is the first time I've ever done that in 16 years. So I took off all of my offerings. I got rid of, I had a shop page that had lots of beautiful offerings, but I got rid of all of them. I scrapped them all. And I also closed the door to my core program, which is a YouTube Profits Accelerator. Once again, I've never done such a thing. But this is tip number one. Before we get into the money machines, we as business owners can, we are the boss, we can, in fact, have a season of pruning so that the rose bush can grow back even stronger. I'm a huge fan of roses. And when I'm wanting my rose bushes to come in really strong with really nice buds and a lot of them, the the key to that is you got to prune those rose bushes. And I've learned this this year. This has been an incredible experience for me to shut everything off. I mean, I did more or less do that when I had my walkabout, but even during my walkabout, during my sabbatical, when I stepped away from online business, I still had things that people could buy. So I intentionally stepped back. I didn't step back from anything. I've been really focusing on making my accelerator so good and really um getting deeply connected with my customers inside my accelerator and really making it the best experience possible for my customers and redoing the whole curriculum and um just basically focusing on my one core offering and making a lot of space. If you've ever had a clean out season in your closet where you make a lot of space for some new clothes, where it's like, okay, let me get rid of everything that's not a total 100,000% hell yes. And then you add a bunch of new clothes in your closet. That's kind of what what I've what I'm doing with my business. And I'm so excited about it. So today, I thought it would be a really cool opportunity for me to tell you about how I approach online business in terms of the framework of money machines, because I turned off my money machines this year on purpose, but I'm gonna be turning them back on. And this is something I've done over and over again in my business. So, for instance, when I stepped away for my sabbatical, I still had some offers running, but I wasn't turning on all my money machines weren't on. But I'm about to turn on all my money machines in my online business because I had that little pruning, and then we're gonna get back into business and have the money machines going. And I wanted to share with you what that looked like. I thought, oh my God, I could share this on the podcast. So we think of online business in terms of money machines, especially online business. Well, any business, really, a proper business in my book is a business that makes money when you're not there. You don't have to be there to make money in your business. Um, that's a really nice business, right? If we're if we need to show up constantly for our business and shovel coal into the fire, and if we're not shoveling that coal into the fire and we're not making money, that's a really tough, you know, experience. But if we have money machines going and we know how money machines work, then it's not such a big deal, like in my case, where I know how this whole thing works. And I think of business and money machines. And if we know how to turn these money machines on and we know what the money machines are in online business, that makes it so much easier for us to have a successful and thriving online business that we can pull the levers on and say, okay, let me, let me adjust this money machine, let's get this one going, let's spin this wheel a little bit, and then you get the whole thing like one big giant bread machine as I I like to call it a bread machine in my live trainings. But let's go into the key money making machines. This isn't all of them, but this is just to give you an idea. The number one money machine in your online business is always gonna be your core solution. Your core solution or whatever your solutions are, you can even make that plural. What are your solutions? If you're really clear on the solutions you're providing, then you don't have to worry about boxing yourself into a niche. So the business owners that that tend to be in my world really don't want to be boxed into like a niche. I personally don't love niche, you know, but I really am all about the core solutions. So if you have a really juicy solution to a problem that people know that they have, they have to know they have that problem in their minds, their felt problem. That right there is the core. Think in your mind, think of like a core big circle. That's the huge, giant core, the blood life of your business is the solutions that you're providing for your customers. And ideally, those solutions, if you have more than one solution, they all relate to each other. So, for instance, if you help women to get into really good shape, that right there is a really nice, just general solution. Helping women to look and feel their best is a really nice solution. That was the solution that I offered for the first half of my business. I was helping women to get into great shape and feel their absolute best. So the solution to the problem being women who were really struggling with obesity and they were really struggling with eating healthy food because eating healthy food can be such a drag. And I was giving them the solution of here's some healthy food that tastes delicious, here's how to move your body, you know. And there's lots of different solutions I provided in there. Like, so for instance, I had a course called the 30-day lean reset that was all about how to meal prep and how to like put it all together. And I also had an ebook about how to bodybuild without sacrificing your, you know, your sanity and all that stuff, how to look like a fitness model without actually having to do a bunch of stuff that you didn't love doing, you know, how to do it in a healthy way. So anyway, having a core solution that people really want. I can't even emphasize, I can't over-emphasize that. And the cool thing about thinking in your business in terms of solutions is solutions are little money machines. Now it's not some amorphous thing called online business. Now it's not some amorphous thing called, you know, profits or whatever. Like online business and all of it, you know, in general, profits, revenue, when we start getting into like the business jargon, it can really overwhelm the entrepreneur brain, which happens to be very artistic and free-flowing and all of that stuff. Think of your business in terms of solutions that people either want or don't want. So that's the number one money making machine. So now assuming you have an offer that people want to buy, let's go into the other money machines that we install in our business. The number one money machine I'm going to offer is a long-form content platform. I'm hinting at YouTube here. YouTube is a money machine. That money machine has changed my life over the past 16 years. And I would not, could not have done what I've done over the past 16 years of being completely financially free, unencumbered, being um totally expressed and fulfilled creatively. I can go on and on about the YouTube game, but YouTube is a money machine because YouTube, the videos that you post onto YouTube, they live for years. Today, as of right now, there are hundreds of people going to my channel watching some of my videos. I also wanted to give you a little insight on conversion rates. Okay. This is this already getting a little business jargon, but stay with me. So let's talk your content. As much as I hate the word content and online business and all that stuff, what I'm pointing to is something so much deeper. So your content, meaning that stuff that you put out into the world to help people really know you, that's an investment. And if you're using that precious time in your business to post to places like Instagram and TikTok that really don't show your stuff and only show it for like 24 to 48 hours, that is not a wise investment of our time. And you, if you love Instagram, keep doing it. But if you want to invest in assets in your business, a YouTube channel is an asset, meaning you do it once, you create a banger video one time, and that video gets thousands, or let's even say hundreds, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of hundreds of thousands of views. You create a playlist on YouTube. Let's say you create a playlist on YouTube, and that playlist guides people through the journey of learning about your story and your expertise. By the end of that playlist, it's like they had a sales call with you. So this is a money machine. It's a totally different way of thinking about your content and your business and your online system. It's a little money machine, not a little one, it's a big one. The other bit of long-form content that could be your money machine is a podcast. So you're listening to a podcast right now because um I love creating content that delivers value. And you absolutely deserve to have content that reflects your greatness. And I believe, 10 toes down, long-form content is how we do that. So your number one money machine, if you have an offer that is already getting at least a couple sales, if you've had even a couple sales, I'm talking two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, whatever, if you've had a validated offer that's had even a couple sales, all you need to do now is get yourself out there. And that means get your stuff in front of people and the kind of customers that you're gonna want are the kind of customers who want to hear you, hear you um talk about your ideas. So that's YouTube and podcasts. Money machine number two, or I'm sorry, number three. Money machine number three, once you've gotten your long-form content game as a habit in your business, meaning you just post a couple times a month, number two is gonna be your freemiums. Your freemiums are another asset. This is a money machine. So when people watch your YouTube channel, if you have something really nice and free to offer, bang, now you're growing your list. Now you grow on your list with people who are interested in what you have to say. And an email list is kind of everything. I know that you've heard that many times, and it is the capital T truth, all caps truth. Get your email list growing. This isn't a heavy lift. This is something that we just like we brush our teeth every day, you know, we floss, we make time for a walk. You could just make a little bit of time once a quarter to create some kind of a freemium, or maybe even once a year, create an creating a nice freemium. These freemiums help you to collect emails, and that those emails are the easiest way for you to promote your products and services on a regular basis. The number three money machine is evergreen courses and programs. I really love evergreen courses and programs. I alluded earlier to the fact I turned all my Evergreen offers off so I could really focus on the accelerator. However, I really recommend, dear listener, that you have at least one way for people to give you money all year long. Because we're a business owner and because we are, you know, here to help people, let's say someone watches your beautiful YouTube channel and they find something uh that you have to offer. Or I'm sorry, they find they find that you're the person that has a solution that they want, that you're offering a solution they really want. And they go to your website and they're like, How do I uh give me whatever she has? I want whatever it is. That's actually happened a lot this year when people come across my stuff and I don't have anything for them to buy right this second, where they're like, How do I work with you or whatever? And I'm like, I've had to tell them for the first time in 16 years, yeah, I have some new stuff coming. You can join the wait list. Here's the wait list. But other than that, um, I don't recommend doing that. Other than that, have something for people to buy, an evergreen course or program. So going back to the last money making machine, your freemiums tie in with this evergreen situation. So if you have a good freemium, at the end of their opting into that freemium, you can have a one-time offer. You say, good news, one-time offer, you know, and I know you've seen that. The reason you've seen that and why those are so ubiquitous is because they actually work. So a one-time offer, a little, they also call it a tripwire. I really don't like that marketing jargon, but just having a way for people to buy something from you all year long and maybe getting that thing in front of them right away once they've opted into your emails. That's a really nice money machine. That could take your day from something like having no sales. If you don't have any way for people to pay you right now, you can go from having no sales to if you throw up a little $47 offer and you maybe have an upsell in there, you could have a couple sales that are at like $200 a piece. And by the end of a day, you could go from an average of zero sales a day to like $600 a day, which is a couple little mini offerings. Uh and a $600 a day profit is a really nice business. And that's just getting started. We're not even getting into like live launches or, you know, having a mid or high ticket offer. That's just with you having a little offer, tiny offers, you know, having something evergreen. Let me give you the last money machine that I'm gonna cover today. There's so many more. So this is the big one, and this is what we're gonna be diving deeply on. Tomorrow's training, it's heart-led promotions, heart-led launches, heart-led evergreen promotions, heart-led lazy launches, heart-led all-year promotions. This is a money machine. So I know when you hear launches, a lot of people get a contraction in their midsection. Their solar plexus contractions, like, I really don't like the idea of launches. What I mean by launches and promotions, these are money machines that aren't talk about money machines. If you've ever seen, um, I'm I'm sorry, I'm gonna get a little bit like extravagant with the money stuff, but we're in business and money is great. Okay. So if you've ever seen those cubes, those that game show where there's like the cube and there's money flying around and people are just grabbing money. When you have a promotion strategy that actually works for your business and um sells your stuff without being salesy or tacky, and without you having to get on a million sales calls, that is a money machine that is so valuable, that does so much heavy lifting. So promotion is a money machine in and of itself. The YouTube game and what I just said about email and all that stuff, these are more or less general, like goodwill, marketing, giving value, connecting with your audience and all that stuff. When it comes to actually, um, those are money machines that really do work. And then when it comes to the actual pushing people over into the diving board and getting into the water with you, that's when we get into like the actual money machine of promotion launching, uh, evergreen launches, live launches, and all that stuff. So let me paint a quick picture for you. If you have, let's say, a bi-weekly masterclass where you show up and just hang out for 90 minutes with your people and you say, hey, we're gonna be meeting on Friday. We meet on the first Friday of every month. And I, and you don't necessarily want to say that you don't want to make a big deal that you do it every month, but you say, Hey, there's a live training happening on Friday. It's called my XYZ masterclass. In that masterclass, I'm gonna teach you how to exactly XYZ. You can charge a little bit of money for it if you like, or you can not charge anything for it. That's kind of what we're gonna be talking about tomorrow, is just how to flesh all this out. But when you have a core workshop, a masterclass or something, it's not as though you you have to work really hard and at figuring out what you're gonna say every time. You say the same exact thing every single time. It's a presentation that you're installing into your business. The same emails go out, the same reminder emails go out, the same presentation is given, the exact same thing is said, the exact same pitch is done, the exact same graphics are used, but you just recycle it over and over and over again. And that's a money machine in your business. So a lot of business owners, even with something like a five-day challenge or three-day challenge, they hear that and they get overwhelmed and like, ee, I really don't want to do a live launch. It doesn't feel good to my body, it doesn't feel good to my nervous system. Part of the reason that happens is because they're trying to reinvent the wheel every time they do a launch instead of just doing the same thing over and over and over again. If you have a launch that you've done and it's succeeded and it's made a couple thousand dollars the first time, you do the exact same thing the next time, and then it compounds the same exact presentation, same exact emails, same exact graphics, same exact promo stuff over and over and over again. Okay. I'm gonna be teaching a lot about this in tomorrow's deep dive in the accelerator. Um, but another thing that you can do with your with your launches and promotions is you can do the unlaunch or the anti-launch or the lazy launch, and that is having an evergreen webinar on your website. Those still definitely work. You can actually even pop the evergreen webinar on your sales page. I've done that with great success. And I'm going to be showing exactly how to do all of this stuff tomorrow. But just to give you a quick little overview is you could have an evergreen offer with a Webinar recorded onto the sales page. You can also have some live launches occasionally throughout your business. Now your sales, now your sales chart, your graph, has a couple really nice big cash infusions. And then all throughout the year, it has these little beautiful waves of regular income. So now your business is not just that feast and famine, as they call it the feast and famine model of live launches. I don't understand how most business owners do that. I personally don't enjoy just having like everything riding on like one day. You like you have your whole year and then all leads up to this one day and hopefully it goes well. Like, I don't love that. I don't think that makes any sense either. But I do really, I will really be honest with you and say live launches, my business does super well when I have some live launches. It also builds my list a lot. So I like to do the live launches. I like to do them in a heart-led way that doesn't stress me out. I have some boundaries and some rules and some best how-tos and practices after doing this for 16 years. I have some things I do and do not do when it comes to a live launch, but I also really encourage you to all year long have regular promo all year long. So now you've got all these money machines, and there's so many more money machines that we could talk about, but I just gave you some core foundational money machines. Now you've got a bunch of money machines that are working for your business all year long. And do we have to show up and work a little bit? Yes, we do. And I'm not a huge fan of, you know, I do like an empty calendar, and I've mentioned that plenty of times. Part of the way we get that empty calendar where we can take a couple weeks or even a couple months off. Part of the way we do that is we have to work a little bit in focus, in earnest, in sincerity on building these money machines in a reliable way. Okay. So, um, especially when it comes to promotions. When when I talk about that last money machine, let me just re-emphasize this is really important. It feels really important for me to say this. So if you have a business that gets a couple sales, or even like a pretty decent amount of sales, but you know the sales could be better. This is a common problem with online business owners where they're like, oh, my my revenue is just not, I know it could be so much better. I really know it could be. Um, there's many factors to this. I I can't say that there's just one specific thing that will fix it, but most of the time, most of the time, I think 99% of the time, the problem isn't necessarily that you're that you're not that that your offer isn't good. Like most of the time your offer's great. Most of the time what's happening is you're not getting in front of the right people, or you're not talking about the offer enough, or you're not getting that offer out there enough. You're not getting yourself out there enough. You're not, you're not getting into the room with the people that you really could help. And so, how are those people supposed to know that they should buy from you if they're not in the room with you, really getting that time with you? If you really iron out your promotion strategy, your launch strategy in a way that really suits your nervous system and a way that really suits your business model, if you really get serious about getting your stuff in front of the right people at the right time, that's more or less what a business is all about. And so that's the key here is getting all these money machines in place, really opening your heart to your work, opening your heart to the whole process, not overthinking it, less thinking, more right action. And um, once you get all these money machines in place, you'll be astounded. It will happen faster than you believe. Like when you get the proper money machines installed into your business, the tr the transformation that the turnaround from adding a couple zeros into your profit, uh, into your bottom line profit, it happens so quick. It could happen in like a week, you know. Um, there's no there's no time limit here with online business and and how quickly things could change. So um hopefully you found this helpful. I wanted to also mention I had a three-day immersion that was gonna be coming up here in on the 10th, you know. I was gonna start the Summer of Love and Profits immersion. It was gonna be a three-day immersion. Unfortunately, some unforeseen circumstances happened and I wasn't able to host it and my heart was broken about it. But as with all things, it's always for the highest good. And so what ended up happening is I simply decided because I can't host that three-day, all day intensive from July 10th to Monday, I decided to make it a summer series. And so we're gonna be teaching those highly profitable business strategies and core teachings that I was gonna be teaching at the summer of love and profits.
