How's it going folks? So this is an opportunity for me to sort of shed some light on the transition that this podcast is taking. So I will be discussing the pivot that I'm making and the direction that I'm going to head this podcast into. But before we get into that, I want to obviously talk about Good Friday. Blessed be to God.

Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Today is Good Friday. And as we know, he was crucified on this day. And I wanted to read some scripture about day and the moment that he was crucified and the overall meaning and purpose behind it. So I want to pull from Isaiah 53.5. So it states, but he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities.

The punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

John 3, arguably the most famous verse in the Bible. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. And finally, Romans chapter five, six through eight, you see,

At the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person, someone might possibly dare to die. God demonstrates his own us in this. we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

So everyone listening, Christ died for us, even though we were sinners. He was pierced for our transgressions. He was wounded for our iniquities. And the beginning, everything was perfect. know, every everything was harmonious to God's creation. All of creation obeyed God. We were never supposed to grow old. We were never supposed to be disobedient.

we were always supposed to live in unison with God until, well, the first and ultimate sin happened and occurred in the garden. And we find ourselves where we are the moment when Christ was crucified and we are saved because of Christ's sacrifice. If it wasn't for his sacrifice and his willingness to die on the cross for us, we would be damned to hell.

we wouldn't be where we're at today.

Grace is a gift through faith faith produces good works. So it's a, it is product of accepting God's grace and being saved and having that constant faith and that alone will works. But I don't want to get off too far on the tangent. This is about Good Friday.

and he was crucified on this day, but we put all of our faith and belief in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. So everyone get to church this Easter and go for the main purpose and meaning of Easter. Go to your local church, have a good time, go with family, take a friend. It is all worth it.

So I want to talk about this transition that I'm making with this podcast. So formerly the Man's Man, this podcast is now going to be called Carry Your Cross.

this this podcast will change a little bit.

It's going to be rooted in scripture. We're going to tackle real issues at the intersection of Christianity, and modern life. And we are going to go anywhere from pressing topics to raw testimony. The podcast is going to be in the form of interview, response, and reaction videos. So I'll be having guests on to them talk about their testimony.

their journey to faith. I'll also be responding to, you know, certain videos that encounter and I'll be making reaction videos to these,

And eventually I do want to evolve this podcast into YouTube and potentially scale this for greater reach, right? I want this show to reach those who are in need of hearing this content. And my ultimate goal is to win souls through this show. So yes, I do eventually want to scale this into something greater. I want this show to have

the reach that it's intended to have. And so for everyone listening so far and everyone who has just been my side with this podcast, shout out to you all. I appreciate your guys' support, but I promise you from here forward, it's going to get bigger. It's going to have a greater reach, I said, and the direction of this

of this podcast is going to grow. So it's no longer called the man's man. It is now called carry your cross. You can find me on Instagram at P Espinoza dot C Y C tick tock is the same handle. And I've also included an X profile for this podcast. And that is P Espinoza underscore C Y C

So if you're interested, can find me at those handles where I'll be sort of continuing the conversation and sharing more content with you all.

This is my heart, this is my and this is my mindset moving forward. So I'm excited for the episodes to come, for the guests who will be appearing, and the messages and videos that I'll be

and expanding on. So It's going to get exciting from here. And I'll still be sticking to the one episode a week format. And so my goal is on Fridays and it out by at least Sunday.

So that'll be the format,

And I'm confident that the show is going to get bigger for all the right reasons. So glory be to God, Jesus first. And if you haven't subscribed to the show, share it with your friends, ring the notification bell so that you're up to date with all the episodes. And can't wait. I'm excited.
