Kyndal Ray Edwards (A Walking Testimony)
My name is Kyndal Ray! I’m a mental health advocate walking across America twice and to all four corners of the lower 48 states—NW (Cape Flattery), SW (San Diego), SE (Key West), and NE (Lubec, ME)—for mental health awareness and recovery. I’ve walked over 8,100 miles so far! I also plan to walk 100 miles on each continent to spread hope, healing, and truth: You Matter. We Do Recover. I’ve overcome 15+ years of addiction, depression, prison, and suicide attempts—and now walk to honor lives lost and inspire those still fighting.
