David Little is Partner and Head of Company Commercial at Bishop & Sewell LLP, where he advises clients on business sales, acquisitions, mergers, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
With more than 30 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, David has worked on hundreds of acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of sectors, helping business owners navigate the legal, commercial and strategic challenges involved in buying and selling businesses.
Alongside his corporate work, David has a growing interest in sports law and is helping develop the firm’s emerging sports law department.
