Patrick Gilmour
Patrick has spent over 30 years working as a “generalist” company commercial lawyer (both as an assistant and for the last 20 odd years as a partner in four firms in three of which he was Head of Department), primarily dealing with acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses, implementing corporate reorganisations usually for tax planning purposes and dealing with various commercial contracts, including Partnership and LLP Agreements. This was briefly interrupted by a year in house as the General Counsel to a medical start up which failed. He is currently Head of Corporate and Commercial at Anthony Gold.
