The Law Firm Owners Podcast

134 - A Certificate Or Resilience, Which Matters Most?

Dan Warburton Season 1 Episode 34

My guest on this episode is Natalie Foster, Founder and CEO of Inspire Legal Group, which is an ABS structure law firm leading the way on building their own tech stack to improve day-to-day access to justice for clients, taking the pain out of property transactions and supporting disabled clients with bespoke solutions to facilitate just outcomes.

Inspire Legal was born in lockdown 5 years ago in a bedroom on a laptop, and the question was, "If the world never opens up again, how are we going to practice law?" and to this day, this is the question Natalie and her team keep answering to make access and convenience to law their focus.

With 400% growth in work this year alone, it's clear this is a priority for clients too.

Natalie is also the founder of Legally Fond, a consultancy that supports other legal leaders in the change space, where she practically supports them in leading change management whilst minimising business interruption.

Today, what we're covering is whether a certificate or resilience matters most.
