Given the rising tensions, military movements, and ongoing negotiations around Nuclear disarmament I decided to provide another in-depth analysis of our current Sanctions and Export Control stance we have towards Iran. This episode focuses on our overall ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations as well as the government guidance for industry surrounding Iran's Ballistic Missile Procurement Advisory. With the United States now engaged in military strikes along with Israel against Iran, our country's security is more important than ever.
