THANK ME FOR MY ROD!

I speak unto you this day and I say thank Me for My Rod, for I the Living God do use the Rod to correct and guide My Sheep in the Way I intend for them to go. How much better it is to be yielded to the Rod knowing that the same is necessary in order to keep My Sheep from wandering out of My Way and get caught in the thickets, or drowned in swift running waters. In these times when there are highways and vehicles speeding along, those who have wandered from the flock can easily get run over and either become badly injured or dead.

So there are reasons that I liken My people to sheep and lambs because they are meant to be guided and the Rod is very helpful to keep them in the flock and under the safety of True Shepherds guiding them. However I know there are many shepherds who are false and they will flee and desert the sheep when dangers or troubles arise. This is because they are false shepherds who are basically hirelings and want their own way, rather than My Way. They look at the ministry as an easy job, they simply give the people compromising, complacent, comfortable sermons and so the people are left uncovered. However the people are mostly as false as the shepherds over them and so they all are participating in the “Game called Church.”

JESUS CHRIST THE LORD is the only Savior from sin and the power of the devil.  He is God in the flesh -- the Only One who has come to die for you and me, to pay the penalty of our sins and empower us by His Holy Spirit to live a victorious life above sin!  He can help you, and He will, if you just turn to Him.  Turn from all known sin, turn to Jesus, pray for forgiveness for your sins and that God will fill you and baptize you in His Holy Spirit, and He will.  
Trust God!  Pray, read the Bible daily, and OBEY what God's Spirit shows you.  It is a lifelong journey in being made more and more like Jesus, so don't be discouraged and NEVER quit.  REPENT daily, love Jesus, and do the best you can to serve Him each day.  He will ALWAYS be with you to help you as you fight the battle to choose what is right and keep yourself in Him!

Then there is another category where preachers are using “their rods” to beat the people into subjectivity to their every whim. If the people don’t pay up they are thrown out, or ostracized by other members of the “church”. The preacher is using the conforming people for his own gain and his own fame as he is literally a wolf and seeking who he can devour. If the people tire of his tactics and don’t attend his church, he will try to get them back, if they won’t come, he will go somewhere else where the people have not caught on to his game.

In these times of lust for prosperity so many have gone a whoring from Me, and the Standard of conduct I want My people to adhere to. I absolutely do not want those who are Mine to be swept up in such schemes and dreams of any of the ones who are false. Rather I want My people to know that if they cannot find a True Shepherd in their area then they cry out to Jesus who is the Good Shepherd and He will commune with them through the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, do not let discouragement settle in on you, for that is an old trick of the devil and his demons wherein he and his demons will try to sweep over you in waves of discouragement and despair causing unbelief. However do not forget the devil has been a liar and a murderer from the very beginning and his goal is to take you under in the agonies of the damned whereby you are estranged from Me. Of course he knows that unbelief is evil in My Sight so he and his demons use whatever means they can conjure up to bring you to that evil.

Be thankful this day when I use My Rod to keep you in The Way which is the Way I intend. I do not want My Sheep and lambs to be overwhelmed by wandering away from the fold, and then the enemy forces move in like a flood against them. Over and over, throughout the ages, multitudes have allowed the devil and his demons to get them under the covering of unbelief, so such ones would lose their souls.

Even in the ministry, when He went to His hometown, He did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief. For they did not see Him as the Messiah, they only saw Him as the Son of Mary and Joseph, a mere carpenter who worked with Joseph. Therefore, there are some places who miss the day of their visitation then they wonder, “What is wrong?” What is wrong is they were judging from the externals they all knew about, rather than paying heed to His Words of Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding. Jesus spoke with authority and not as the false shepherds who had captivated My People and made them obligated to obey laws, they themselves did not obey. The priests in the Temple full of hypocrisy and falsity. While they claimed to represent Me, their hearts were far from ME. Little did they know or understand that if they did not accept the Rod as Jesus came telling them the Truth that their house would be left unto them desolate and they would suffer acutely.

These things made evident, do not cease to be thankful for My Rod and for the correction and direction you receive as I give to you My Words of Life, Strength and Hope. You are not meant to be hopeless, you are meant to be hopeful. Likewise you are meant to remain faithful to Me, My Son, and the Spirit and accept the Rod with gladness. If the two edged sword cuts realize that you must go through the inner as well as the outer working of True Fidelity in your Relationship and not be deceived by Religion. 

There are many ways people are led astray in these times because they allow their ears to listen to the world, and their eyes to view the uncleanness of the world’s entertainments and by the same they sin. When I have called and chosen you, be glad for The Rod and The Sword, for both are meant to keep you in the safety and sanity which I provide for the ones who know they must remain Real and not steal My Glory.
