Destry Wardle is the Chief of Staff at The Dauphinee Group and brings more than 22 years of experience helping individuals navigate grief, trauma, identity, and personal transformation. With a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, she has spent her career combining therapeutic insight with coaching to help people move from emotional pain toward healing, purpose, and lasting growth. Through her work with Healing Care Ministries, Destry has led transformational retreats that create safe spaces for people to process grief, rediscover hope, and deepen their relationship with God. Today, she continues empowering leaders and individuals to build healthier lives, stronger relationships, and organizations grounded in purpose and impact.
