With a Master’s degree in Biology focused on Marine Sciences, she brings a rare perspective on ocean ecosystems, responsible harvesting, and why understanding the environment matters if you’re going to participate in it.

They also talk about Sam’s work running ecological tours in the Florida Keys, her path into fish taxidermy, and how she documents the process through Salty Skulls Taxidermy—preserving the story behind each fish, not just the trophy.
