Speaker 2:Welcome everyone. I'm Sophia Yvette, co-host and producer here in the studio with Kevin Dalton. Kevin, how's it going?
Speaker 3:Fine.
Speaker 2:Thank you very much, sophia. You're welcome Now, kevin. Over the years you've grown a remarkable following. However, some listeners may not be familiar with your full journey. Let's take it from the top. Could you share a little background about your company and what you do?
Speaker 3:So I'm originally a more of a gas station convenience store guy, running those with my family most of my adult life. Back in 2003, we had a gentleman that had leased a car wash from us that we did not operate. He did a really good job but then, unfortunately, it started declining. I bought him out in 2006, got rid of most of the employee team management team there and took it over and turned it around. So much so it was. I opened up two more locations just a few years later and we're running six locations now and we just love it. We have my families involved and we just love operating the car washes and seeing the smiling faces when they see their car.
Speaker 2:And when you're not busy running your business, what do you do for fun?
Speaker 3:Well. On weekends, I spend most of my time with my wife, who I've been married to for 32 years. We have three grown children and they're all doing very well. Two are in the medical field. During the weeknights, I like to go out and golf one or two nights a week with some friends in our community, and that's basically what we do.
Speaker 2:Kevin, I know you are a very busy person, In your own words. Why are you doing this?
Speaker 3:Oh gosh, as I mentioned, the smiling faces when people see their cars, the smile hits their face and we have our own niche. We hand wash and we of course have our unlimited membership club. But our niche is really hand washing for cars that have ceramic coatings, PPF, film wraps, but of course we do every car imaginable. We do over 300,000 cars a year. Our review ratings are through the roof at all six of our locations and we just love seeing the customers when they see their car.
