Good seeing you too. Let our listeners know how do customer loyalty programs like the Unlimited Auto Wash Club contribute to customer retention?

Speaker 2:

Certainly a good question and actually our unlimited program is our best way of keeping our customer retention high. We've had customers in our unlimited program for as many as 14 years now. We were actually the very first in Palm Beach County to offer an unlimited wash program back in late 2010. And it's just a great way of keeping retention. You know, for retention we need to make sure we're offering that consistent product and offering a great value and we do, and our customer loyalty certainly shows that. There are a few other aspects we also have to keep that retention and we use those as well so, kevin, what are the biggest benefits customers experience with the unlimited auto wash club?

Speaker 2:

customer's experience with the Unlimited Auto Wash Club. Well, certainly the best is they can come whenever they'd like. Our pricing is based on the strategy of your. Cost of your unlimited program is less than the price of just two washes. For example, our $25 wash is a great wash and if you came twice that month it'd be $50. So our program starts at $49.95 a month and you can come as often as you'd like Come every day, come every other day, come once a week. We appreciate it. Our employees appreciate it because of course they receive a little extra and a tip, but it's just a great bargain for the customers.

Speaker 2:

We've got a lot of competition from the express model, where it's a machine. You stay in the car and the straps and everything are hitting your car and then you come out of the tunnel and you park it yourself and then you get out and you finish your car Vacuuming, drying, if it needs any drying, your own tire shine, whatever, and their wash is almost as much as our wash without the interior being done and looking back I said $25. And of course that is a hand wash with the interior and the tire shine. Our pricing makes this so affordable that if you go to another car wash and you ask for a hand wash. Typically their hand wash starts at $35 to $55 without the interior being done, so we offer an exceptional value for our customers.

Speaker 3:

What exclusive perks do members receive compared to non-members?

Speaker 2:

Well, I wish we had an express lane. That would be one thing I wish I could offer, but unfortunately, the way our model is set, it is only one lane coming in. But we offer our customers email advice on how to keep their car looking good. We don't oversaturate with the emails. Of course. We get our feedback from our customers, lets us know what we need to do better. So they're getting that with what they're paying monthly.

Speaker 2:

We really go out of our way for our customers, especially our members. They're our bread and butter, if you will. And so we go out of our way for our unlimited customers. You know we offer them discounts on extra items. So, for example, if you're an exterior member, starting at just $34.95 a month, come all month long.

Speaker 2:

Of course you can, for example, purchase a spray wax for when the car is completed and if that is regularly $5, as a member you'll only pay $4 for that item. We typically give about a 20% discount on the extra items that you may want but not want every time. We have a great ceramic graphene spray wax if you will, have a great ceramic graphene spray wax if you will, and we sell that often, very often, for $10, although it's included in our $43 high-end wash, but we sell that for $10. And, of course, our members get it for $8. And they love that. They're able to buy additional items at a discount for being a loyal customer. So there's a lot of things we do for our customers, especially our limited customers, all the time.

Speaker 3:

And final question for you today what strategies does Unlimited Auto Wash use to promote its loyalty program?

Speaker 2:

So we have a loyalty card for our non-members and if you buy your ninth wash, your 10th wash is free, and so it's a great value added item for that customer. That's just an occasional customer. And we also buy four waxes, get your fifth wax free free and wax that's a $50 value. Right there.

Speaker 2:

As being a loyalty card holder and again this is non-members you get a bunch of different perks. For example, on Monday it's Wednesday if you bring your card in and you're just an occasional customer, we'll give you up to five5 off any of our wash packages. On Tuesday, we're going to offer you double stamps on your loyalty card plus on our higher end wash packages. Every day of the week you get double stamps, so you can imagine you could get up to four stamps on one wash on a Tuesday. That's a great value-added item we have there. Thursdays is our senior day and all seniors get up to $5 off. Wednesdays is ladies' day up to $5 off any wash package, just by showing us your loyalty card. We offer a lot of value-added items for all of our customers. We offer a lot of value added items for all of our customers, whether you're an occasional customer or an unlimited club member.
