Scarlet Thomas - UNBC Women's Soccer
From Sydney, Australia to UNBC - UNBC Women's Soccer midfielder Scarlet Thomas' journey to Canada to continue her soccer dream happened as a result of a 'chance' summer encounter that ended up being life-changing.
In Episode 1 of "Timberwolves Unleashed" Scarlet shares, with unabashed honesty, her story of:
- Growing up as the only girl playing on elite boys soccer teams in Australia.
- Battling her way back from two separate ACL injuries, and choosing to put in the work in order to keep her soccer dreams alive.

- Dealing with a tremendous fear of flying, which considering the near 8000 mile distance between Sydney and Prince George, continues to be something that Scarlet is bravely working on today.
