Deanna knew that she was capable, strong, and ready to leave corporate and empower others, but after she made the switch to personal training and succeeded at it, she realized that this path was not even CLOSE to the impact she was meant to have on this world. She didn’t want to just help people feel externally beautiful, she wanted to go even deeper, and internally heal what was bothering them. She does this through a  variety of different ways in group coaching, 1:1, and even running retreats!
