Hi Bill. It's so nice to see you. I'm so happy to be with you. I missed you. I really missed you. From last week it feels like a very long week.
Speaker 2:Yes, well, it's beautiful to see you, and I know that you were at a graduation this week, so I know you were traveling were at a graduation this week so I know you were traveling.
Speaker 1:I was. I went to Ohio, the okay, the best I love. I have you ever been to Ohio?
Speaker 2:no, I don't think I have okay, the nicest, nicest people.
Speaker 1:just they say it's like the salt of the earth or something right, this like it's I think it actually is like home of America. It's very from the moment we took her to go look at the school, which was five years, four years ago. Four years ago I was like there's something so special here. And then, four years later, we watched her graduate from a very special school. It's a small liberal arts school called Kenyon and it's like you know what? I'll give you the depiction. You know a snow globe. You ever see a snow globe? Imagine a snow globe with this perfect town that looks fake and it's a college campus and you could turn over the snow globe and shake it and it feels like you're in a snow globe.
Speaker 1:That's beautiful, that's a beautiful description oh it is, and it's like it's from the movie. There's actually a movie called liberal arts, which you're here of it. It's liberal arts, the guy from wait okay how I met your mother.
Speaker 1:He went there, oh, and he made a movie called liberal arts and and it like is the depiction of the school and it was based on, yeah, and you know who else is in it? It is who else went there, and I actually think she might be in the movie Someone, so it's very much about it was actually yeah, it's a very cool school. It's a very special, very special, I think paul newman. But did paul newman go there?
Speaker 2:maybe paul newman went there I've heard of kenyon college, so yeah, it's very sweet, very small and quaint.
Speaker 1:And graduation was I, I think you said. Did you say last week how you loved speeches?
Speaker 2:I love graduation ceremonies and the speeches, the commencement speeches, they're wonderful.
Speaker 1:How does your daughter feel?
Speaker 2:now that she's a graduate.
Speaker 1:Well, she just came back home today and I think there's like a bittersweet it's. She's ready to leave, but she doesn't know where she's going to next, which is, I feel, the metaphor for everybody right now. There's no clear path of where we're supposed to go and that's where she's at. There's like a blind spot.
Speaker 2:I remember when I graduated how much I didn't want to graduate. I wanted to stay in school and I didn't know what I wanted to do. I had lots of ideas but I didn't have a clear path. And I'm sure she'll find the right path and before you know it, her college years will be happy memory for her, I'm sure.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and I think that's kind of like I you know, sometimes it's nice to not know there's a. The speech was actually really interesting because she changed it up, I think, and she had this idea of what she was going to say the speaker and then she said she changed it and you could tell like the beginning of the speech was different than the end of the speech and what her. I think what she added was do what makes you happy, like, do what you love, like, and when you do what you love, life will work out really nicely and that's like how you'll feel happy, right, it's like if you just hate what you do every day. So what do you like to do? What makes what do you, what are you interested in? And kind of follow that path. I thought it was a very interesting message. And then it went back to something else, but it was interesting because you could tell she added on to the speech. It was a very good message. It was do what you love to do.
Speaker 2:Gave a speech at commencement.
Speaker 1:No, not my daughter, just the speaker, like the speaker. So the girl who was speaking came in with a speech that she wrote weeks ago and then, I guess, on her travel plans were delayed and she said I changed my speech, but you could see that there was a way that she wanted the speech to go and then she had changed it, and how. What she spoke about was that, she added, was about doing what you love to do, and I thought that's a really important message right now, because so many people choose what's impressive to other people or like what they could say they're doing, but do you actually love it?
Speaker 2:And that's really that can be difficult, you know, to pursue your dreams and then be a responsible adult. And it's again going back to the idea that everybody's life is heroic. It doesn't matter where you might be on a pay scale or social hierarchy, that doesn't matter.
Speaker 1:Well, and it doesn't make you happy. I, I, I like, and I thought about this. Like this is what I told her, which is so interesting, because we ended up having a conversation that night afterwards and I said well, what would you, when else are you going to when you don't have so many responsibilities the rest of your life, right. Then you have more responsibilities, your life gets more expensive life. You buy more stuff, you add on, and there's a point when you're and so what would you do if you're brave? I think it's so interesting because Saturn, which we'll talk about, is going into Aries and it's asking people to really be brave.
Speaker 1:Yep, so, and there there is that Saturn square. Like, these kids that are now graduating college will be going through their first Saturn square, which is for them, for them, particularly people that are like 21, 22 years years old, what is what is being brave? Look like to you, and it's going to be uncomfortable, but you, you're going to be asked to. So I, we could say now I could be veer into the charts just for today and see. But, yes, thank you for asking about the graduation, because it was really.
Speaker 1:I felt very fortunate that I was there, right, yeah, and I will say that it was an interesting I can talk about something that's not as a happy as her her, the girl who was her, one of her roommates um, she died the summer before, like with her brain aneurysm, aneurysm and so I thought that was really interesting to be a mother that gets that, got to watch her daughter graduate, my me, I got to watch my daughter graduate and to think that that another mother didn't get that and how much we have to appreciate every day because every day is such a gift. So that was an interest. That was very interesting too to have that perspective.
Speaker 2:So your daughter's roommate died suddenly from a brain aneurysm yes, summer, before they went to college.
Speaker 1:But and I think it was so interesting because my daughter wasn't such good friends with the other girls in the house, but because this girl brought her in, she got to be roommates with these other girls and get to know them and have this beautiful experience, and it was all because of this one other girl who brought her into that. Yeah, how life has so precious and we don't maybe we shouldn't take so much for granted. It makes me think about just today, which is Monday, and having that moon in that relationship house, right, but in the idea of having a broader perspective and seeing things from a new, in a new way, almost especially with in the sign of aquarius.
Speaker 2:It's really asking us to be really broad-minded, open to all possibilities, no matter how unusual they might appear, and to strike off in that direction, even if you're breaking away from the crowd to do it.
Speaker 1:Especially if you're that's an interesting question thing, because, yeah, so it's. So it's Monday and we'll say to you and it's going to also be in there Tuesday, but it is that's such an interesting idea of what do I do if, if not, everyone else is doing it Like, do I just go along with everybody? That's a good, that's a very important point to that, and it's going to be trining that Jupiter and Gemini over the next day, Right From going from Monday to Tuesday. What do I believe, what do I think and do I want to think differently than than what society is telling me? Maybe there's a? There's a loneliness in the, in the Aquarius moon too, though. There's a loneliness in that to not be part of the group. But I have to say I don't know if everyone's jumping off a bridge. Are you going with them, Phil? What about you? I've always been the person that doesn't go with them.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I'm not. I'm not really the person to go along with the crowd. I never thought of myself as that way. I don't consider myself a rebel either. You know I'm not.
Speaker 1:Intentionally feeling you were a little bit rebellious. I think your mother would disagree.
Speaker 2:She probably would, but I never. I never thought of it that way I of it that way.
Speaker 1:I you know, I don't think you have been. Maybe you have been much more. I think you. I think if we called your mother right now, we should do that one day. Let's call Phil's mom and ask about Phil. I'll bet you she would say you were pretty rebellious.
Speaker 2:I know exactly what she would say. She would say he always marched to the beat of a different drum. She says that all the time. So that's, that would align really well with Aquarian energy.
Speaker 1:Yeah, well, and it's also. I think it's really. I think we're all unique individuals and when you're going through, when you're going through school, they want you to conform, your friends want you to conform, society wants you to conform. You go to a job. You're supposed to conform, but are we really supposed to? I mean, it's an interesting are we all rebels at heart and that we're just kind of each time we're conforming?
Speaker 2:are we losing a little bit of ourselves? Yeah, it's a. It's a really, really central question, I think, because you're right, I think especially high school, maybe not so much college, but especially high school.
Speaker 1:Oh, but even college, well, I don't know, I think when we were younger less, but I actually think now college is asking you to conform a lot and groups are, and I think even how. So my daughter, when she went abroad she went on like where, like experience, kind of like in the nine. She went on like we're like experience, kind of like in the night, how we did it in the 90s well, I didn't do it, but how it was done. But now even there you're going with your groups within your school and it's much safer in a way and you're I don't know, it is a little different, it's, it is, I think we're at being asked even to conform a little more in college than we were when we were younger.
Speaker 2:I'm sure you're right. I mean, I graduated from college a long time ago and I'm sure things have changed a lot since then.
Speaker 1:Yeah, but it is. I appreciate you not confirming. So that's Monday's energy and we're here today and I think it's even how I talked about we could think of the today, monday, of having a perspective. That's Monday's energy and we're here today and I think it's even how I talked about. We could think of the today, monday, of having a perspective that's not as emotional, right? So, for instance, I could talk about a beautiful young girl leaving our world and I'm speaking in a way where I'm not getting emotional, where maybe tomorrow or the next day I would.
Speaker 1:It would be a different, I would be able to. I wouldn't be able to speak like I am now from a perspective of how do I allow it to make my life better, see it from a way that can, that I could appreciate that letting that happen and how we could. I mean it was an interesting thing because the whole I had said I hope that they do something for her and they did. They gave her an honorary degree and they and the whole place stood and there was just this silence and I thought, wow.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's a that's a very noble thing to do, I think. But yes, I think the Aquarian energy does have a more cerebral take on things and there's not as much emotion in it, which can be a very positive thing, because when you get into emotions, you get into emotions. You get into grief and doubt and wondering is it my fault? What could I have done all of these?
Speaker 1:things come into play and I say it's better or worse.
Speaker 2:It's just completely different, a different watery emotional approach than the airy, logical, intellectualized approach of Aquarius yeah, it isn't, it's an interesting.
Speaker 1:It is interesting. It's interesting if you have, like you're like, to look at the moons and even see, like for me, I've had a lot more acceptance for other people by understanding their moon, because it tells you a lot about them. So, for instance, if someone had an Aquarius moon, it's not that they're not, they're just different than somebody that has a Pisces moon. It's just, it's a broader thinking, kind of a collective thinking, a broader thinking, kind of a collective thinking. They don't get offended. The same way, it's kind of nice, even though I don't have that moon, right? So yeah, so that is monday, so let's look to tuesday. Okay, we're at the 20th, so it's tuesday at noon my time, so it's eastern standard time, so it'd be 9 am in the morning, and so that's what we decided to do the charts at, and look, we went past it tomorrow. Tomorrow at noon, we'll be going into a Pisces moon.
Speaker 2:That's right. First degree, early, early Pisces at noon, and which will bring in a completely different vibe.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it's really interesting actually, because then it's going to be moving towards the square in Mars, right, so right, oh no, yeah, wait, no, opposite, oh, interesting, it's actually going to be moving towards the south, the north node of believing. So I keep on thinking of this. Okay, I keep on thinking of the energy, of what does it feel like to have be in the mystery of life with pisces energy and I because I they were at the last. This is actually really interesting. The moon, the moon is going towards the north node in pisces and sat, and Saturn's going to be leaving. Saturn's going to our, our effort, our hard work is going to be going into Aries, which will feel, I think, much better for people. People will be much more determined. But what does it feel like to be? Allow yourself to be in mystery? I'll say that's kind of how I see that on Tuesday, the not how about if you didn't believe everything you believe and if you were to be to allow yourself to flow more?
Speaker 2:Yes to, to really embrace the idea of let it be, you know so not not needing to react or take action or think or behave or do something, but just to be accepting and receptive. What was, what would that feel like if? You fully embraced that energy.
Speaker 1:That's so interesting. And do you know the song? It's actually interesting about Ways of the Beatle let it be. Do you know the words? Because I think I always think in song and how that is. Such a great statement for Tuesday going into Wednesday is what does it look like to let it be? I mean, actually play the song. Let it be. Well, we should add it to the. You're probably good at this but we should probably add it to the footnotes, right? I don't know the words. You know the words? Now I'm going to look it up. Do you know the words of let it be?
Speaker 2:I'm going to look it up. Do you know the words of? Let it be Speaking words of wisdom? Let it be. In my hour of darkness, Mother Mary comes to me. There must be an answer. Let it be. That's so perfect, it is very.
Speaker 1:the lyrics are very Piscean, yeah, very piscean well, it's like the words of wisdom come from above right. Mother mary is from above right, it's speaking and in my hour of darkness.
Speaker 2:So yes, it's the darkest moon.
Speaker 1:Actually, we're at the last week before the new moon, and so there might be feelings of darkness, of confusion, and how do you trust in that? You have a very pretty voice, do you know any of the other words? And when the night is cloudy, there is still light that shines on me. And when the night is cloudy, there is still light that shines on me. And when the night is cloudy, there is still light that shines on me.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:They're so good, those Beatles.
Speaker 2:They were so, so tuned in. They were pulling it down from the heavens. Yeah, and we can too. They were pulling it down from the heavens.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and we can too. I think that we've talked a lot about this. We're not alone, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday, that we're not alone, that there's magic in letting go and letting it be and trusting and kind of asking. I think it's interesting right. Because it's interesting right because is yeah, it's going to be, it's so interesting, it'll be sextiling, it'll be okay, the moon and all of that is going to be going towards a sextile to jupiter and gemini. And what do we're? What are my words? What do I believe? What are my words? That I'm saying and asking for wisdom from above?
Speaker 1:not easy, yeah, and then sharing that you know, communicating that yeah, I think what you said about the Beatles is so interesting, because I think music in general is such a divine channel, just like books are a divine channel, and we all are really. We're all walking around connected to each other, saying things to one another, and are we hearing what we're each saying without our critic in the mix?
Speaker 2:right, and music especially, I think it just operates on such a ethereal level and yet we connect with it, and that's that's really how I can prove to myself that music is really divine, because it's vibration, and vibration is everything, everything is vibration, everything is vibration, and it's interesting, always interesting to me how the sound of the song will always match the lyrics.
Speaker 2:I know that sounds obvious, but so often and let it be as a perfect example it's not a rockabilly song. It's not a British 60s invasion song. It's something more like a prayer or a sound is attuned to the words and the words are attuned to the sound.
Speaker 1:They just go together. It's such a it's true and they had to let it be. I think that's the interesting thing you have to kind of let go for yourself to find that creativity right, because in order for a song that I think is lasting power, that's very true, and I do think sometimes maybe there's songs that don't have that, but then we wouldn't be listening to them. I keep on thinking now of yesterday, yesterday, all my trouble seemed so far away. Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2:They were really Yesterday's again, I think. Another spiritually themed song, which is why it sounds that way.
Speaker 1:Yeah. I believe in yesterday, yeah yeah, so did you grow up like how old were you? Wait, let's see how old were you.
Speaker 2:And I was not alive yet when this came out I grew up in the 60s and I can remember them coming on the scene and it I was very young, 64, you know four, eight but they, they did change everything and it was really a brand new sound and really new. But it was also very upbeat and positive and promising.
Speaker 1:I think that's why the world just fell in love with them that's why the world just fell in love with them, yeah, and I think that's such a great way to go into the next day because, let's see it's um, can you see the screen? So okay. So that's so interesting that you said that, because the positivity and I think how important it is right now to, like I would say, look at that Gemini. So Wednesday it's, the sun's just going into Gemini.
Speaker 1:I find this so interesting, like if you were born maybe on May 21st another year, you might have a Taurus sun, but right, I think that's so interesting, right, but so now the sun's in Gemini. But how much the positivity and how we speak matters, and I do think that's why they were so successful, because it was a time right when there was it could have been there was a lot of negativity and they spoke with such hope and such possibility and and love. And imagine if we all we need is I feel like this is the day dedicated to the Beatles but all we need is love.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it was, it was. It was really amazing that they they created the lyrics they did. That's a perfect example. I don't think those lyrics would catch on today the way they did then, but at that time those ideas were radical.
Speaker 1:Well, I think it's still radical, because I think they do. Maybe they wouldn't catch on, but they're still so lasting, right, and I think that, if we imagine, if today, I mean, I look at that, well, it's actually interesting because we're still. How about if all we need is love and mercury, right, so wed? So Wednesday is Mercury's day, now the sun is the rulers in Mercury, now we have Taurus in Mercury, which is which is ruled by Venus, which is all right. But how about if everybody walked around and was loving to one another and was loving to one another, totally love and nonjudgmental? All we need is love. Maybe all we do need is love and acceptance and appreciation for people and seeing, oh, it's amazing, right?
Speaker 2:Yeah, it would be so liberating.
Speaker 1:Yeah and accepting. I just think it's like when are you gonna when are we gonna choose the higher path? Yes, I think we're gonna be love, phil, you and I are gonna be love. Are you committed to being love with me? I practice it all the time, like, okay, I'm just going to try to be as loving as possible, but today's a good day for this one. I think Wednesday's a good day to to choose love yeah, I certainly that's.
Speaker 2:That is my goal, for sure well, yeah, like think about that.
Speaker 1:How about if everybody you just loved everybody, I, I always there's. There's a prayer I do and it's I love everyone and and everyone loves me. Now, I don't do this all the time, but it actually changes. How I go into places is how I I respond differently, because then I don't have my guard up.
Speaker 2:Yes, and even saying that to yourself like a mantra is very powerful, because you're sending the vibration out.
Speaker 1:But also as you're sending it out.
Speaker 2:It's affecting your brain. The vibration is actually energizing your brain. I've been looking into a lot this a lot. It's fascinating because the brain is surrounded by fluid, so it's resting in fluid and your spinal column is lubricated by fluid. You know the spine, the bones, protect this column. So all that fluid is very sensitive To vibration, just like a cup of water Would be. If you tapped it, you'll see the ripple. So it's the same way Even when you speak and this is Kundalini Belief.
Speaker 2:But it's physiological, it's based on your body, physical body. So when you're speaking you're tapping on the roof. That correspond, that send signals to your brain. So it's almost like there are piano keys and your upper palate and your tongue is playing on them and it really can affect your outlook and that's and that's why monitors are repeated for 31 minutes or 62 minutes, for an hour. They're just repeating it and when I have done it I have felt its effects, even though logically it's hard to understand why that would happen. But what's happening is all occurring on a physiological level, so the words actually stand for something, but on a completely different level, it's the sound and the actual, the physical action of your mouth that is having it yeah.
Speaker 1:That's amazing. Well, I mean, do you know the water? So I'm a very big mantra person and any. I mean I believe in mantras, I use mantras and they work. They work and I do think, think on a. It's a scientifically like do you know the water experiment, where your person's talking to the water and then the way the molecules go and if you're speaking not kindly to the water, the water is affected yes, and that's vibrational.
Speaker 2:It's the vibration, the sound vibration, so it's it's all that.
Speaker 1:We're all vibration. So we're all walking around. Now it's interesting, especially on wednesday, right, we're all walking around and affecting one another, and how you respond to people matters, and how someone responds to you and picking and how we speak and and it just like the songs, if you're saying nice words, the vibration will be a higher vibration and mantras are a higher vibration because you're asking for what you want versus talking about things that are lower. That's interesting. I never knew. I never thought about the brain and the water. I mean, I kind of understand that the body's water, but that's interesting about the brain that you said it's surrounded by water.
Speaker 2:It's actually it's. It's amniotic fluid, like when a baby's born.
Speaker 1:Yes, wait, I never heard this before, phil, this is something new.
Speaker 2:I saw this on a YouTube video and they explained it. It was completely mind blowing. And it wasn't. It was from a professor. It was like someone who studied fetal growth and such and such.
Speaker 1:It's very wait, I have to say the idea of it is very exciting. It's very awakening and aliving that we can be born again. Does that make sense If it's feels like we could be reborn? I don't know if that makes sense.
Speaker 2:Well it's, it's definitely carrying your original fingerprint or data whatever you want to call it fingerprint or data, whatever you want to call it into the core of your being.
Speaker 1:Does it, it would switch. Does it stay the same Like that, that fluid?
Speaker 2:I, I'm not sure, I, I don't know, but it's it comes from. You know the womb.
Speaker 1:I love that when I keep on thinking about the womb, is that you're just born in perfection, right like you're born. We were talking about that last week. I don't know if we were talking about it on the computer but on the phone but we're born perfectly. And then our society, or outside of us, the other people with all their stuff, might not always know that. Okay, so now we're on Thursday. Oh, I love, I love it. May 22nd, thursday, may 22nd, and the moon and Saturn are conjunct, and then right, then it's going to the moon's going to be going into Aries, but at 12 o'clock look at that. What are you willing to work hard for? I'll say what are your dreams and what do you wait? That's a really good question to you. So I think it's interesting. Of like, the question is on Wednesday and Thursday, what are you actually willing to put the time in and the effort in to get your dreams to come true? That's how I see it that's at the 29th degree.
Speaker 1:So very, a very charged energy yeah, and I I'm a very big um, so here, if you see, right, so here's the sun.
Speaker 1:If you're on youtube, the sun is at gemini one degree and then the moon is at 29 pisces and you're going to see, right, it's now closing, so we're at it, we're at the waning moon phase, and so I'm big on using it to release things of like okay, I no longer want this, but this seems really incredible because it's at the end of the cycle, completely before it goes into Aries. It feels as if we can really see, like create a little bit of magic, like if we could, at 12 o'clock Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, of asking it's exact pretty much of what am I willing to put the effort into to make my dreams come true? Yes, because I think if we're not willing to put I actually believe this right now if we're not willing to put the effort in, we're not going to have success. I just gave a whole big lecture about this. I was like, if you want anything to work right now, you have to put in 110%, or I think you're going to have a lot of regrets, just in general, for everybody.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:It takes courage to be successful. I'll say I've been thinking a lot about that.
Speaker 2:To be successful, I'll say I've been thinking a lot about that. Yeah, you'd have to draw on your inner hero and your inner hero is there to help you and draw on it, activate it, say mantras, speak to it, recite it, be you know, have an altar to do things. Do things that bring your intention, focus your intention to what it, what it is you want to bring about. And I'm saying that because it's a challenge for me and I do those things as much as I can.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it's easy to. I mean it's a challenge not just for you, I mean it's a challenge for everybody, because then our day-to-day life gets. We could easily believe the problems of our daily life and get sucked into the outer circumstances Right, the the outer circumstances right, and get caught up in the, the drama of life really. So I don't just think it's you, I think it's it's all me too. It's like I. How do I have the intention of what I want versus actually the intention of what I don't want? And feeling I keep on going back, of the feeling that you're not caged. Does that make sense? Like you could feel like you're caged, but the cage is the illusion.
Speaker 2:Yes, and again it's. I think it's for me thinking is this an action or a reaction? And I always hope that it's an action. You know, I always hope that my mind and my spirit will be about what action can I take, what step forward can I take? And if I don't take that step forward because of this, that or the other, then that has to be a reaction. And you know I'm responding to something that's outside of my control, that's just part of my environment that might not be important to me in a week from now. So why not just take the first step?
Speaker 1:So why not just take the first step, just go with your intuition and override your mind. Think of I love Michael Singer. Do you know Michael Singer? Oh, oh, you're gonna love it.
Speaker 2:You have to listen to it.
Speaker 1:You have to listen to it on audible. It's called the surrender experiment. Oh, are you gonna feel it? You're gonna love it. Just exactly what you said just made me think of of Michael Singer and the surrender experiment. But it's um, that mind, yeah so, but he has a comment in it. I don't know if it was in that book or if it was. He also wrote another book Can't remember the name, I haven't blanking and he said well, if you had four days left to live, like if I mean, it could look dark, but it's an interesting question for Thursday. But if I actually had four days left to live, what would matter? Like you said, well, will this matter in a week? Well, if I actually had four days left to live, will what I'm bothered about now will that matter? Because most of the things that we react to in the moment, in a week from now, you're not even aware of it. You could care less about it. It's not even in your psyche.
Speaker 2:So true.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I think you'll love. By the way, you should listen to the surrenders, but everyone should listen to it. I tell a lot of people to. I think it's a great message of letting it be and what we can control and what we can't control. He's brilliant, Okay. So now we're on Friday. Oh, so Venus's day, the day of love, and we could look to see where Venus is. And, oh my God, look at that. The universe wants us to wow. That's interesting. The moon is on Venus. Be brave, Be brave in love.
Speaker 2:Yes, be brave, be brave in love.
Speaker 1:Yes, be brave.
Speaker 2:Because you will be received.
Speaker 1:You will be received in a loving way, and if you're not, it has nothing to do with you. I keep on going back to this idea has nothing to do with you. I think it's the idea that I keep on going back to, this idea of. So it's actually really interesting because, wow, it is really interesting. It's really a lot about the moon right now, because we could just see how, even on this day, it's not really making aspects to oh, mars, so it's trining, yeah. So I'll say to you it's trining, yeah. So I'll say to you it's trining mars. So you have to take action. Action in being brave with your love, action, action, because it's it's it will support you. So and being brave with your love. But it is not always. You can't control how the other person takes it.
Speaker 2:And that shouldn't stop you, should never stop you from moving forward or saying what you need to say.
Speaker 1:I've been thinking I keep on going, what you need to say. I've been thinking I keep on going. I talked a lot about this this weekend with my family because we had such a loving weekend together and it was just so nice to celebrate together and be together. But I was also so proud of all of us, because it takes a lot of courage to open your heart to people and to forgive people and to allow people to be who they are, and it was. We were a group of eight of us and there was new people involved, right With boyfriends, and everyone was just lovely and they didn't bring their no one had brought their crap in it. Does that make sense? Am I making sense? Everyone just enjoy being together and allow people to be who they were. And, phil, it takes a lot of courage to love and to let people be who they are yeah, I think.
Speaker 2:I think everyone's getting better at that too. I, even though things can seem chaotic and confused and that.
Speaker 1:Well, it's true, we all got better. So so do you feel that way too? Are you feeling like you're getting better at allowing people to be who they are?
Speaker 2:Yes, and, but I think overall as a society we're doing that.
Speaker 1:So on Friday are you going to text me telling me you love me?
Speaker 2:Yes, I will.
Speaker 1:I'm going to text you too to tell you that I love you. See, that would be an action oriented.
Speaker 2:Yes, exactly.
Speaker 1:Is to go outside myself and to let someone else know how I feel about them and not care about the response.
Speaker 2:Right, right.
Speaker 1:It's because I just want to make sure that I let them know how I feel. I have four days left to live. I think there's something interesting in this, just because we're at the last days of Saturn and it's going to. It's going to be 30 years till we're at this point again 28 years.
Speaker 2:Oh, actually.
Speaker 1:Saturn will go back Sorry, it will go back in the fall. I think it goes in retrograde, so we'll get to have this experience again in the fall. But what if we're all connected and how I treat you is how we will come back to me, kind of who are you going to call and tell you love?
Speaker 2:oh boy your mother.
Speaker 1:I think that's a good. I think everyone should call their mother and tell them they love them, just from honestly, just because, no matter who you're, you know it's um, whoever your mother was, and whether she was easy or not easy, I think I don't know. It's such a hard job. Everyone should call their mother on Friday.
Speaker 2:Yeah, be brave. I mean I I call her often, so I'll probably end up calling her Friday, but I'll make it a point to tell her that I love her, which is what I would do normally.
Speaker 1:Yeah, what a gift. What a gift it is to have a mother.
Speaker 2:We're both fortunate that our, our mothers are still with us, don't you think?
Speaker 1:Oh yeah, I'm really for it. I really feel very, I feel very blessed because my mom lived through a pretty it's probably kind of how I got very spiritual and she got. She was very sick and pretty much was said that she wouldn't be better and so I have gotten it was. It's been a very great gift to have her heal herself and yeah, and being and just allowing her to be. It should talk about a very strong aries moon woman who goes after what she wants, is very determined, and so just it's been, it's been a gift for me to have to have this extra time with her.
Speaker 1:So, and it's interesting about saturday so saturday is the sun's day and the sun's in gemini and, and what's interesting is, look at that, it will be trining right, the sun will be trining pluto, if you wait right at the dark of the moon. So here we go we're at the dark, dark of the moon, and it's going to go into air. It's going to go into torus on on Saturday afternoon, which is nice, and it will be. We're at being asked to communicate in a way that could transform things and let go of things. I think the mother conversation is an interesting thing because I'll say forgive your mother because she's she did the best she could. I she's she did the best she could. I mean honestly, she did the best she could. Not everybody, everybody, they did the best they could. Right, it's a really wait. This is exciting, phil. This is like a very exciting Saturday wait.
Speaker 1:I feel as if we could really let go of a lot of stuff at this dark of the moon feel as if we could really let go of a lot of stuff at this dark of the moon, yes, but and you know it's interesting I actually the moon is at the new moon will be on monday, so when we speak next and it's at six degrees gemini, so I don't know what's at six, so it's right near my own moon. So this is interesting, that we're talking about mothers and I've been talking about motherhood today, but it's all about for me, but the moon is going to be a six degrees gemini for the new moon. So just our thoughts and our mind and what do we need to let go of?
Speaker 2:that's holding us back from our greatness and and, yeah, communicate it, say it, write it down, send a text, like you said, or send an email, send a postcard. People don't do that anymore, but Wait, I think I love postcards.
Speaker 1:I love mail. My daughter babysits for these, my other daughter's babysits for these kids and she's like I think I'm going to mail them postcards because they like postcards. So there's something so nice about, yes, a post. So. But I have to ask you, what do you think about that? What do you when I say that this? We look, you taught us about a breath. You taught me about this breath right before we got on this call, and I think it's so interesting because the sun's in the air sign and then pluto, and maybe you could tell us how to breathe. Something about that. Do you mind sharing that?
Speaker 1:no I feel like it's so.
Speaker 2:It was so helpful to me no, I would be happy to because it's it's so fundamental and it took me quite a while to get it and it's not complicated.
Speaker 1:But now that I do get it.
Speaker 2:I'm more than happy to share with everybody, because just this simple breathing process can just change, improve your energy so much, can just change, improve your energy so much. And all it requires is that you become a little bit more intentional about your breathing so that you can really operate at full capacity. The idea behind it is that, as you inhale, you're bringing in oxygen to oxygenate your blood, of course, but you're also bringing in prana, which is life-giving energy, so the prana. This all happens at the subatomic level. The prana rides on the air, but it's that prana, that subatomic energy, that is actually the life force that is actually the life force.
Speaker 1:Okay, so will you show us how to do it?
Speaker 2:Yes. So you just sit up straight, nice and tall, so your spine is nice and tall, and then you inhale through the nose and as you inhale you expand your tummy and imagine your tummy is a balloon right and you're filling up the balloon with air. You can even put your hand on your tummy and, as you inhale, feel your tummy expand like a balloon until you're fully, deeply inhaled and then, as you exhale, you press the balloon in and expand the air. And that's how you should always be breathing. Many of us, when we breathe, inhale. We press our tummy in as well.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I have a really hard time with pushing, so we could do it again, because I actually have a really I appreciate your description so much. So if we could do it again, just because I have a really hard time with getting my belly to go out, I actually suck in, which is not what we're supposed to be doing. So if you don't mind doing it again, I feel as if Saturday we could really use the breath.
Speaker 2:Yes and please, please, do this anytime you want If you feel like you're back to this back to this point.
Speaker 1:Right, you'll put, maybe you could mark it and say breath, so that way somebody could come back, even Courtney could come back, and we could watch this particular spot.
Speaker 2:I can yes, so again, your, your spine is nice and straight, uh, and you're? You're inhaling deeply through the nostrils and and as you're inhaling, you're bringing the oxygen down. You're pulling the oxygen down into your lungs and you're expanding your diaphragm, or your belly, to take in as much air as you possibly can. So you're breathing much deeply than you ever could if you were holding in your stomach. So every time you inhale, you should be letting your tummy expand. That is the key takeaway.
Speaker 2:Every time you inhale, you should be allowing your tummy to expand. So when your tummy expands, you're letting more air in which will circulate through your body. So tummy's out as you inhale and then as you exhale, you can squeeze your tummy back in, press it against the spine and then you're fully exhaling. So just think of it as pulling. As you breathe, you're pulling air down through your lungs and expanding your tummy lungs and expand in your tummy, and it can be very energizing and calming for you at any point during the day, even if you do it for a minute. Just close your eyes down and just breathe that way.
Speaker 1:Thank you. Thank you, you're welcome and, as I did, I had this like hit that I actually was wrong, that Saturn's day it's Saturn's day, not Sunday is sun's day. But what I do appreciate is is that I do think that the sun really matters today, just because on Saturday, because so, although I was wrong I apologize I think that your breath just to change people's life, that you just showed us. So I thank you so much. I thank you so much because it's been something that I have tried to get right and I have had a really hard time and when you explain it, it's made it a lot easier for me. So I'm so grateful that you just did that with us, because I feel I actually feel so relaxed.
Speaker 1:I feel I actually feel so relaxed like I could just I'm on vacation, which might be what we need for Saturn's day, but it is interesting, right, because Saturn is literally almost I could cry, right, I could cry. You just made me want to, but if it is like it's at the end and end, it's going to be in Aries tomorrow and Sunday on that day. So how important it is for us to To really breathe, to really breathe. So, thank you, phil, thank you. I just think you're Just a wealth full of knowledge in your brain. You have such an intellectual mind. I appreciate your in-depth way of seeing things and explaining things and teaching things. It's really nice.
Speaker 2:That's my Gemini energy coming through for sure.
Speaker 1:Yeah, well, and that's actually so brilliant that you just said that, because we're now on Sunday and Gemini is the sun, but it's also it's still trining that Pluto, and how important it is to learn new things, to be open-minded to. Like I, I made a mistake. I think that's a perfect Gemini word. I made a mistake and it's really just not a big deal, and's no, we don't have to judge ourselves, we don't have to make it wrong. We could just say maybe we make mistakes and that's a very good gemini word, is that?
Speaker 2:in order to learn.
Speaker 1:You will make mistakes yes on the sun's day.
Speaker 1:Look at, that pattern is now in aries. Right, this is crazy because this is right at the dark, dark, dark of the moon. Right, we're right there. We're right at the dark of the moon and it's like the last day before the new moon and we can, maybe. What do we need to move forward to be really brave? What do we need to let go of? I have to lose. I have to let go of my own insecurity about, about what people think. You know, but it's okay to make mistakes because I'm a human yeah, I think we're much harder on ourselves.
Speaker 2:I know I am about mistakes because they, they will always will, will always be learning and that means we're always going to be making mistakes, because that's how we learn. It's just always going to happen and most of it you can laugh at, it's okay yeah, and then I think, somehow, maybe is there really any mistakes?
Speaker 1:I mean, at the end of the day, we're taught to kind of you know, it makes me think about we're such perfectionists that we're not even willing to try new things, and so that would be something that's really good about letting go of of. Like it, you're never going to do it perfectly because it is perfect right in that moment yeah and no.
Speaker 2:No need to keep yourself in a box. There's no need to do that, you know. Just try something. If it doesn't work, try something else, but keep, keep trying and learning and growing yeah, I keep thinking about this.
Speaker 1:Well, okay, that's good. Now I keep on thinking about this because there is something about the mountains we're going to climb and how it's it's. What mountain are you going to climb? Just what mountain? You, we talked to you, you, we, you've been saying a lot about the hero, and we are the heroes of our own story, but what we better make sure we're climbing the right mountain. So if you have a dream right, I think this week is really about that what are your dreams? And then by the next week, when we talk, are you willing to climb? Are you going to be brave enough to actually climb that mountain you've been dreaming about? And I have to say I think I am. At least, this is very brave of me to be doing this with you, and I know it is for you too.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it was never something I thought about doing, but I'm so glad that I am doing it and it is. It is kind of aligned with where I want to go, my goals is, but it's a surprising Development, but definitely Something that is helping me.
Speaker 1:Move towards that goal. Yeah, and I think, even like friendships, like are, are the friends that you are, that I have like, I keep on thinking that like are they? Do they wish me well and are they? Are they supporting me in that sense and saying, oh, you can do it? I do think it aligns. I would imagine that your goal is to make people's lives better just because of who I think you are.
Speaker 2:It's interesting that you asked me to share the breathing exercise, because it's really so much about what I want to do, and it has to do with blending astrology and wellness with kundalini yoga to empower people, but to to also so bring the knowledge of astrology into the body, so that it's not completely mental, intellectual, philosophical and scholarly, which is is, and that's all great. I just want to win the body.
Speaker 1:I mean, we are born with this blueprint. It is in our body, it is our makeup and we are our sun, we are our moon, we are our Venus and it's our. It is in our body always.
Speaker 2:It is in our body always. But how can we activate that energy, become more conscious of it and not more than just discussing it and being aware of it? What actions can we take to work with that energy? What physical actions can you take, which we just did?
Speaker 1:with the sun in Gemini right Is by breathing every day for the next 30 days, you will be brighter right.
Speaker 2:So there's I think there's lots of ways that the the knowledge that we have of astrology can be expanded into other areas of our life, to, to, to create physical manifestations of the planetary energies with our bodies yeah, well, and you just did that.
Speaker 1:so, thank you, and I I think I think you do bring astrology to life through your words and by. But even how you spoke about the vibrational. I think that's interesting, right, the vibrational energy of the tongue hitting the top of your mouth right, like keyboards, like the keys of a piano, right, and then how we are, just this vibrational energy, and how important what we speak is and what we say is and how we seeing out into the world, what music we listen to. Yes, it makes me think of Mars right now is in Leo, and it makes me think of creativity and how, by taking action creatively and it might not be what you, but I think it's interesting is, you might have this idea of how it's going to be done and it might be so much better. They have might have a higher, I'll say, the divine or the cosmic makeup or source might have. It might ask you to get out of your own way.
Speaker 2:Yeah, Well, I I think they will help me. They will you know, guide me and support me.
Speaker 1:Yeah, they are already. I'll say so. I think you're already doing what you want to do. So I thank you so much and I I expect a text on Friday. By the way, I'll text you first, but since hours before. But either way, I just think.
Speaker 1:I think appreciation is just the key right now, especially in the beginning of the week, of just how can we appreciate, as the sun's going about to leave Taurus, just everything and just appreciating the flowers and the plants and just the natural beauty of life and our animal instincts of trusting that we're something bigger. We went to the zoo and and to watch the. We went to the zoo and you watch the mother and the animal and it's so instinctual motherhood. So, anyway, if you have a mother, that's not so wonderful. Anyone listening I'll say they did the best they could and they're so sorry.
Speaker 1:I think it's an interesting because so much of our self worth comes from our parents. And I just think, as we were leaving with mercury and Taurus, and I think it's an interesting because so much of our self-worth comes from our parents. And I just think, as we were leaving with Mercury and Taurus, and I think just at the end of this Taurus month, how important it is to like ourselves, so I will miss you, bill I know I'll miss you, but I'll be on touch on Friday.
Speaker 2:You're good, I'm going to give you big, but I'll be on touch on Friday.
Speaker 1:Okay, I'm going to give you big hugs and I'm going to be so grateful for our time together and anyone that's listening. I'm so thankful and I'll say just I would love you to subscribe and hit the subscribe button and to like us, because we really like you.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:And we appreciate you.
Speaker 2:We do.
Speaker 1:Till next week.
Speaker 2:Thank you.
